Some do, most don’t. But they have plenty more time to cook as a lot don’t work much outside of bodybuilding unless they sell merchandise or send training plans from home.
Nonetheless, I work 9-10 hour days and raise a family and I take 2 hours every Sunday to cook a week of food. 6-7 meals for 7 days.
Although I don’t have problems eating, I hear you on not being able to get in enough “clean” foods.
Check out the necessities of phosphorus in foods and building muscle. It’s pretty interesting. I don’t have much advice on eating more clean foods, other than building up your body’s ability to handle them. I hope you can find something that works for you.
turkey bacon, turkey sausage, nuts, nut butters, Greek yogurt, fruit, eggs, eggs, eggs.... eggs....
I do know using salsa and different low sugar sauces really help me to eat dryer foods that typically involve eating clean.
