Hey what's up all, so my back story when I was 22 to 24 I did some small cycles just test var deca. Well life got crazy work got busy I let myself go (got fat) went from 230 to 346 .....I'm now 30 I've dropped down to 268 been kicking ass doing 2 a days 5 days a week lots of hiit. So my question is I'm planning to add hgh fragment 500 mcg a day on my workout days 250mcg 45 min before my fasted cardio then 250mcg before bed now if I'm doing hiit training at 6 pm would it be better to take it before training vs before bed like I hear most people doing? Also if I can afford to just do real hgh would I be better of doing that 14iu a week vs the hgh fragment? Also this would be a 6 month cycle. Thanks for all your input.
