Possibly. But that said, wether it's working as a scaffolder or training, I'm overall pretty active.Most just go up 1iu every week. Personally I started at 3iu, and stayed there for about 2 months. I started 5iu this week and have had zero issues with water. I'm convinced any issues regarding water are related to poor diet and exercise.
I started 5IU (2½ split) about 3 weeks ago and feel the absolute minimal wrist discomfort so will just monitor it for change.
