HGH in early twenties

is it smart for a guy in his early twenties to take 2 IUs a day of HGH a day for 2 months or 4Ius of HGH for 1 month?
or would it be better to just avoid HGH at his age all together. he has previous AAS exp with test etc.

If he's in his early 20's then there's a good chance that his endogenous GH production is pretty high. Depends on what his goals are...If he's wanting to be the next mr. o then he may have to resort to higher than normal amts. of GH to experience the same benefit that a 40yr. old would. If he's just a recreational bber, I'd advise him to save the extra $ for another cycle or better yet on food.
