HGH inhibiting weight loss suppression of GLP-1’s

I use WebMD to check my meds and gear for interactions. The interaction that I’m most interested in is my 3-4 IU/ day HGH and 10mgTriz 0.6 mg Cagri weekly regimen.

WebMD states that HGH reduces the effectiveness of Triz and Sema. I’ve been on GLP’s for weight loss for over a year and managed to drop 50lbs. I’m now at a weight where I can consistently incorporate long distance running into my fitness regimen.

I started getting in on the QSC GB’s and their Discord this year. Their marketing was very catchy and had a lot of consumer enthusiasm around their products. It got me interested in doing HRT and TRT to help me reduce my physical pain from heavy exercise at age 40 as well as the anti-aging/biohacking benefits.

I’ve been doing the 2-4 IU HGH for about 6 weeks and I have noticed some benefits such as less knee pain and better rest at night.

I’ve been holding at the 10mg Tirz for 3months while slowly adding the Cagri to maintain the appetite suppression. My concern is that the HGH might interfere with the peptide regimen for weight loss. I’m starting to eat a little more everyday and took my son to a Korean bbq hotpot tonight :(

I’m concerned I’m about to break thru the hunger threshold on the Tirz. In the winter I broke thru the hunger threshold on 3-4 mg Semaglutide and switched over to Tirz. 10mg Tirz with the Cargi seemed like a good cruising maintenance dose for not gaining weight untill just now.

The question I’m asking myself is which direction do I need to go? Do I stop the low dose HGH? Do up the Tirz to 15mg & 2.4 mg Cargi? Add some Metformin? Go even harder (I wish) on the exercise? Switch to Reta?

If possible I’d like to wait till winter to switch to Reta because I’ve heard it helps you stay warm.
The discord bros insist that HGH and Triz and TRT together are the perfect combo for a lean physique. I’m not convinced and I’d like to get some more input.

I don't feel like these drugs interact in any way. I tried rHGH with semaglutide, rHGH with tirzepatide. I couldnt feel any weakening effect of the glp-1 drugs.

Hgh and glp1 is like the hip new combo I thought? Glp1 keeps the hgh from screwing your insulin sensitivity, and the hgh keeps the glp1 from causing excess muscle wasting. I haven’t pulled the trigger on glp1 yet cause I hate stuff that messes with my stomach, but there’s seemingly a zillion ppl on that combo. Genuinely curious what others more informed think.

You said it youself. Glp mitigates hgh insuline resistance. From a medical perceptive hgh makes the effects of glp1 less effective. Think as a doctor or a medicine researcher while reading scientific research.

Yeah, I get it, but that doesn’t make it ineffective, no? I’d rather lose no muscle and lose fat a little slower, than lose fat a little faster. Isn’t that partially why the cargj is in his stack too, for the muscle sparing? I guess it’s dependent on personal goals. It does sound like dropping weight asap if op’s goal so you’re right what I said might sound dumb.

On a separate note, could it help with the lose skin while loosing weight fast too? That could just be an assumption of mine based on my wrinkles getting better on hgh.

@op are you working out and have muscles to preserve now while also dropping weight? Are you just getting into exercise? Are you getting back into exercise after a long time? Where are you at in your journey? I think that’ll make it easier for people to give you suggestions of whether to save the gh for later in your progress or not.

Depends on your goal. Loosing fat? Yes they are effective together. Diabetes? They work against each other.
For fat loss the most important thing is calories in and out. Glp1 helps with appetite and hgh helps with muscle loss prevention and helps freeing fatty acids to be used as energy.

From everything I’ve read the glp1 is so effective on the insulin sensitivity front that it would render the super moderate dose of hgh op is taking basically meaningless. Am I ignorant on that? My blood sugar didn’t change super drastically until I got to 8iu hgh personally. Genuinely interested because the reason I’ve eyed glp1 would be to push my hgh up to that level for longer than a month and see what happens, potentially with my first blast.
