Hgh need help

My doc is prescribing me with Hgh therapy. I have very low natural gh levels.He is starting me at .3 Milligrams. I have no idea if this is enough or not. How do I convert milligrams to IU's? I 28 years old 5' 7'' and 220lbs and want to keep growing while ripping up. Thanks in advance!

1mg= 2.7IU, so you're getting about 0.81IU, which is a poor dose IMO. it's less than the total daily GH output you should be at for your age, and you can't really add what you produce now to that 0.81IU, since your own endogenous GH production will be decreased while taking the exogenous GH. A dose of 1-1.5IU/day or none at all makes sense to me.
