I mean, at this point, if you know the answer, just tell @Ateam2023 - take the opportunity to guide or educate them if you want. This is an opportunity to tell them where to start.

I'm not sure where it is confusing. I put the cross multiplication formula, then filled it in for the variable in his situation. Identified all insulin syringe come with ml markings along side unit markings with a picture... I think this has been spoon feed to death with very little smart remarks.
