HGH super Sleepy

Yes mate their HGH is the Bolocks. I’ve tryed many generics but never had any of these sides with only 5iu. Wish I could afford a blood test just now I would check
Well just hearing about your sides, sounds like it's doing what it supposed to. My last bulk I was doing the 5ius; my socks were creating imprints on my ankles, that's how much water retention I had lol. Never before did I experience it.

Yes that’s exactly what I had off 5iu. Only problem was I kept get waking up with pins and needles in my hands. Is 3iu enough for loosing weight?

GH mobilizes fatty acids; I've read some guys on here say 2ius is plenty for that, but of course none of this matters unless your diet is on point and you're in a deficit. I don't believe the hype when people say they eat entire pizzas and get ripped. There is nothing miraculous about GH in my opinion. Honestly, if QSC wasn't so damn cheap, I wouldn't even use it.

Feeling tired or fatigued is a common side effect of HGH supplementation, especially when starting at a higher dose such as 5IU per day. This is because HGH can affect energy levels and sleep patterns so it sure does work.
Adjust the timing: If you are taking HGH before bedtime and still feeling fatigued during the day, you can try adjusting the timing of the injection. Try taking it a few hours earlier or later and see if that makes a difference.

Or even maybe lowering the dose and gradually increasing it over time can help your body adjust to the hormone and reduce side effects.

Or try adding caffeine, B vitamins, or adaptogenic herbs like Rhodiola or Ashwagandha to help promote energy and alertness.

So it's good because you get side effects? Pharma straight from the pharmacy must suck then because I don't get any sides at 6iu.

@mesonion thats like hypo levels so not great no lol.. but maybe ur cutting and not much liver sugars? for our USA friends the blood sugar of 3.2 is like ~53 mg/dl or around there..

in fact it even says on the reader ur hypo, so no wonder your tired. how high does it go after you eat? hypo is precursor to diabetes... or may have a shitty meter, there are testing solutions u an get to confirm its working properly. but test after u eat 30 min 1 hr and 2 hr see what its doing see if u feel less tired when get 5-6mmols or if getting thirsty/tired and see over 7-8mmols as in prediabetic at that point. and test before and hr or more after HGH and see if seeing large swings.

@falseprophet09 maybe cover up time of collection as of course they can find you from that pretty easily if they wanted, and particularly the specimen ID as that would be ultra easy to ID u.. if you care.

3ius daily is the sweet spot for me, still going to have water retention as in ive gained about 8#s in 4weeks. CTS and pins/needles not bad but def gonna be waking up to piss. Iirc, that went away after month 2 or 3.

I was taking 2.5 iu in the am and was falling asleep at work standing up, switched to before bed injections, was still tired for a bit but good now after probably a good month.

Good Evening Meso

Just need a little guidance. I’m taking 5iu QSC each day before bedtime. I’m getting really really tyred all day since I began taking the HGH. I’m taking at night because it’s far away from any meals. Is their anything I can take or to to help with the sleepiness
Is this normal?

Thanks a lot
Doing same dose same brand and yes the sleepiness hits really hard...
How do u react to their hgh?

Jesus I didn’t realise this. When I take this reading I haven’t ate for around 12hours. I don’t eat 3 hours before sleep. Sleep for 8 then take it an hour after I wake up. So should I just ditch the HGH I’m taking it to try loose bit of extra weight maybe it’s gonna cause more problems than it’s worth?

I took gh at bedtime only if you used it during the day used insulin

The tingling is normal and dead limbs gets worse with higher dosing. I had a friend at 10iu’s who had to roll his body back and forth in bed to get feeling to his sides just to be able to get out of bed before.

It really all depends on what you’re looking for, I feel like 4iu’s is the threshold between fat loss and size development, anything over that was always a pain in the ass to manage for me. Also, I’ve seen HGH destroy physiques before. Guys that don’t know much tend to think gear is worse on sides than HGH, but I’d argue that. HGH sides are much worse imo
really gh is worse on sides than gear for u? how so

Jc did you notice that the soles of your feet began to hurt from water retention?

your prob around pre diabetic range... take it a little sooner and see how high it gets. but if 7.8 after 90 minutes thats prediabetic (of course ur machine could be off a bit).. your body raises blood sugar natural in the am even though fasted.( im no DR, but perhaps can give some info so can look it up yourself). large swings in blood sugar is sort of linked to diabetes ie from full on hypo to over 7. so keep an eye on things and maybe check ur A1C just to be sure aren't pushing yourself into diabetic ranges.. if blood sugar shoots super high right after eating and has to work super hard to get to high 7s after 2.5 hrs its getting borderline from my limited understanding, as thats what causes ur pancreas to start to wear out. ESP if your eating pretty clean and lower on carbs.. anyway, keep testing, keep a record(fasted before and after eating), as im sure want to avoid needing insulin as most people do unless professional body builder as simply not worth it. im no picture of health but for reference am fasted for ~12+ hrs its ~5.2 do little cardio still fasted drops a few points (although perhaps larger glycogen stores from not being on point), the girl gets cranky and hypo y at 4.4 and after eating grapes never gets over ~6.5. me aswell never get over mid 6 no matter what I eat or how long I sat around.(have grandma and dad got the type 2)

keep a record for a week or 2 with testing often fasted am, before u eat and 1-2 hrs after eating. but ya 7.8+ @ 90 min is prediabetic range, before meals is 4- 5.9 (so range of 2, not 4 as those 2 tests showed ur having), so if checking prior to supper and in or above 7s thats not "ideal". 7 is 129mg/dl for our usa friends 7.8is 140 for reference. while no serious immediate issue if skirt lower pre diabetes, just may not work out great as u age, esp if ever "let go".

a shit tonne of resources online about diabetes, and not trying to over emphasize and say ur gunna have diabetes in 4 months, just something to watch.

Thanks so
Much for taking the time to discuss this. I’m getting a bit concerned now. Anyone want a box of QSC 10iu kit
