HGH +T4 any experience?

celebrating the first time my question got into Palumbo's #askDave (even making it to the cover) i'd like to ask some fellow users if anyone experienced any benefits taking T4 alongside HGH.
TBH im not completely satisfied with his answer (probably him having a fast metabolis he never had such dilemas) and like to gather some real world experiences

You should mostly worry about high tsh. But I dont have any experience in it so other should give you better idea on it.

Ask Dave if there are T4 receptors in cardiac muscle? Genomic or non genomic effects in the heart and endothelium?

Normal? More like typical or expected with GH. Healthy or best practice? No.

TSH, fT4, fT3. Gives you a decent serum picture.

I was using 5 units of HGH and my TSH was 2.0-2.2 before the HGH on a scale of 0.45-4.5. My TSH started creeping higher after starting GH so I added in 50mcg of T4. It was going up like 0.2 every month and even after the 50mcg of T4 my TSH kept going up.
After 5 months TSH hit 3.2 on 50mcg of T4 so I just upped the T4 to 100mcg last week.

I never tested free T4 till last week and I came back at 1.55 free T4 and the scale goes up to 1.7 so I got high free T4 but my thyroid is still working harder and harder with that TSH so I wasn't really sure what to do. Just ended up upping the T4 to 100mcg because I didn't want my thyroid working so hard. I'll test again in 4-6 weeks or so
