Rotator Surgery Protocol GH/TB500/BPC157

Will do man. I started my TB/BPC protocol on top of my others today.
Collogen supplements are very good, I am 69 . They provide almost immediate relief for painful knees, shoulders, and stiffness.1 of the best supplements older guys can use. Guality matters. Not shilling ,I only started using collogen peptides 1 month ago .I am glad I tried them.

I other thing. They are legal, available at any health food store , I got mine at drug emporium. Even Walmart carries some brands.

Following this. I see the MD Jan 12th. No idea what’s up but shoulder is killing me. Weird I can still do push-ups like a beast but can barely put on my own deodorant. I sent him an article re: BPC and am hoping he’ll actually write me a script just to cover my ass because I am subjected to random UA and don’t want to take any chances. That exact collagen goes on sale @ Costco the 27th. The BPC/collagen combo does the trick. I don’t like PILL pills Healing vibes for ALL of us.

I had a total shoulder replacement on my right one 5 yrs ago. Lifted up until 2 months out and back in the gym directly after rehab. Healing time was great and no real pain. This August I had to have the left one done. Out of the gym for a year due to the shoulder and ran 500 a day of BP & 2.5 a week of TB & back in the gym directly after rehab. Same surgery, separate shoulders and different scenario's/circumstances, couldn't ask for a better test subject for comparison.

The right shoulder healed better without any peps. The fact that it had better stability & strength made the biggest difference in the healing.

Left shoulder healing is a little slower due to having had to have been out of the gym for ~ a year before surgery. The peps didn't make any noticeable difference as far as healing or time. Also not having the same muscle mass around it is obviously causing a slower bounce back time.

Both healed fine and back in gym at the same time but the biggest difference maker was lifting up until a cpl months out. Bringing the left one back is going fine, but I truly feel I wasted ~ $1k on the peps, absolutely no difference in healing. My personal opinion is don't waste the $$$ but everyone is different and I guess someone else may benefit from it.

Good info. After my post the shoulder got INFINITY worse. Basically could Barely lift my arm, couldn’t sleep, screaming pain. Iced it (for days). WAY better. Leads me to believe its bursitis/tendinitis (definitely inflammation). Certainly not cranking out pushups until the doc has a look next week. Getting old ain’t for pussies I suppose.…
