I wanted to ask something about the topic of hgh and timing. Currently, I use 4ui units of growth hormone daily. I've read about people being on for 5 days and off for 2 days a week. Does that even make sense? What's the difference? Currently, I take 2 units before cardio and 2 before training. I'm curious about how to handle it on rest days. I usually eat oats with whey, peanut butter, and raspberries around 8:30 in the morning. How long before the meal should I inject 2 units in the morning? Otherwise, I eat at 1 pm, 6 pm, and 10 pm. When should I schedule the other 2 units? I've noticed that injecting right before sleep often leads to poorer sleep, and I wake up very alert in the middle of the night.
Does the effectiveness of HGH diminish if, for example, I take 2ui and then have a protein shake afterward? How much time should elapse between them? For instance, before sleep, I usually eat quark. Can I inject shortly before the meal or 1 hour before?
