HGH Timing

Been taking 4 IU HGH for about 4 weeks. Haven’t noticed much but I know that’s expected for HGH. Wondering when the best timing for my HGH would be because of my schedule. I wake up at around 7 am and eat a meal, then go to work until 6 pm. Then I get home and eat another meal around 7 pm, workout around 8:30-10 get home from gym, shower, and eat and then go to bed at 11 to get 8 hours of sleep. So basically there isn’t a window where I haven’t eaten or won’t eat for 2 hours. I’m mainly taking HGH for the muscle gain, sleep, and skin and hair quality benefits. Don’t care much for the fat lipolysis/loss benefits. Ive just been pinning directly after I finished my last meal. Is there a more optimal time?
 
Just inject your entire dose pre-bed. Thats the most optimal time because your IGFBP-3 is highest during your sleep at night. Matching your dosing to this makes your GH more effective.
That’s what I figured but just want to make sure I was getting the most of it. Again don’t care about fat loss but everything else. Was thinking another option could be when I got home from working out and before the meal.
 
Yeah I’m just worried that pinning directly after my last meal which has carbs in it is blunting the effect of the HGH because insulin rises after a meal. My BG is all good though

Nah, the only thing carbs blunt is the lipolysis effect which you said you don't really care about. You will still get the same IGF-1 signaling to the liver.

Okay sorry to beat a dead horse but HGH ain’t the cheapest so I don’t want to waste but, I will be getting the same muscle gain, sleep benefits, and skin/hair/connective tissue benefits?

Yes. Timing does not matter (aside from the sleep - take it PM if you want sleep benefits). Dose, frequency and exposure duration matter. All the things you mentioned are downstream effects of IGF-1.

Oh yeah I’m paying like $55 a month right now for 4 IUs daily but on top of bloodwork, PEDs, food, ancillaries, ect. it all adds up.
Sure but you have those same costs without HGH if you're taking any anabolics. The point is that HGH is fairly cheap.

Measure igf-1 when you use hgh, so that you know if fake or not. Because with 4iu a day you notice improvements weekly if legit

I recently started back on GH a few weeks ago after taking 6 months off. Have never slept well when taking any amount of GH in the PM. AM was alright but would still get pretty lethargic some afternoons depending on the day and titration schedule. I've also had to go slowly to 4iu in the past for edema and carpal, starting at 1iu and increasing by .5 every couple of weeks.

I don't really care about extra lipolysis benefits but after reading the pinned type-iix post I figured I would try the protocal for timing reasons. I've been shocked at the lack of fatigue and sleep quality I'm getting. Started at 2iu for a few days and went right to 4iu after no sides. I've been at 4iu the past 3 weeks and still have no sides and water retention has been a non-issue. Same UGL as I have used in the past.

Schedule wise I take a loaded pin to work and keep in the fridge. Eat second meal at 1pm and take GH at 2pm. Then leave work and train at 4:30. I plan to take GH like this going forward regardless of lipoysis or hypertrophy goal at the time. Will get bloods and up to 6iu in a couple of weeks which is where I want to land as a final dose for now. Just my anecdotal experience but it's been my best experience with GH.
