Hgh Vs Tesamorelin

I have NAFLD. Dr told me loose 10% of my bf and clean up my diet. My diet was pretty clean at the time, but not completely.

After doing further research I went with Tesa/Ipa and Reta. I took for 3.5 months tesa 2mg / Ipa 350 a night fasted before bed. I also started on Reta a month later after I dialed in the Tesa first (2 weeks), the the Ipa second. I then started Reta at 2mg for the first 1.5 months then titrated to 4 for a month and am currently at 6mg . I am not running Tesa/Ipa anymore but am still on Reta. ( note: I was already on TRT Test Cyp @ 170mg week)

I have a VeSync Body scale i bought on Amazon to at least get a baseline for my BMI, BodyFat, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat etc. In this 3.5 months my Visceral Fat went from a 15 , to currently 10. Exellent gauged on the scale is 1-6 ,Standard is 7-11, High is 12-15 , Excess is 16+

I did during this time also completely clean up my diet , increase my cardio days. I am supplementing recently with Milk thistle ,Vitamin E, Tudca, CoQ10 and a Multi.

I hope this helps.
Will keep following to see your progress. I am trying to reduce alt/ast and get lipids down. So will share results after my upcoming bloods. I've been on reta for about 10 weeks and tesa/ipa for 6 weeks now

Survodutide is being looked at for fatty liver disease. I think this has been covered a few times. Maybe do a search?
Reta’s research is showing a higher rate of complete steatosis resolution (>85-90% normalization), making it potentially superior.

This means more people in the trial resolved their fatty liver compared to Surv. Surv still is good, 70-80%. But Reta is prob the ticket here.
