If I wasn't at a new job during 3 months trial
I would have went to the emergency room earlier

I had the same problem on 1.5iu in the am and afterward fasted cardio. Happened twice. Added a protein shake around injection and wearing a CGM to monitor. No issues once I added a bit of food. I use with tirzepatide so wonder if it has anything to do with the two working together. Can Gh really make someone go Hypo?
Gh is overall diabetogenic in nature despite the increase in igf-1... when I take Gh BG goes through the roof...
Oh man, I can't do fasting longer than 4 hours on 1.5iu a day mate. I'm not the youngest or oldest either. It's hyp"o"glycimia. And yes I felt like If I didn't eat a snickers or some amount of sugar, juice, anything I was going to die.I am not sure how I am supposed to start this thread
But I need some help to figure out what's going on
I received some generic HGH last week
I started at 5iu a day
I been 20 hours fasting on non workout days for almost a year now
But once I started the HGH
I can't fast anymore
Especially if I drink coffee
I already had 2 episodes of overactive hyperglycemia
2 hours after a meal and my blood sugar gets as low as 70
I end up drinking so much water 2 or 3 gallons and I can barley urinate
But as soon as I eat I start to feel better and start peeing normally
Today I tried it again and thought if I drink only 1 cup if coffee it won't happen
But same thing happened
I couldn't urinate and felt like I was holding water
I know it's real and it's strong
Because I wake up the next morning leaner
And I feel carpel tunnel syndrome
And am sleeping better
No joint pains and recovery is better way better
I lowered it down now to 3iu and stopped fastingOh man, I can't do fasting longer than 4 hours on 1.5iu a day mate. I'm not the youngest or oldest either. It's hyp"o"glycimia. And yes I felt like If I didn't eat a snickers or some amount of sugar, juice, anything I was going to die.
Not sure if this is your first time taking HGH and you jumped right into 5iu But I Don't see you keeping a 20hr fasted diet at all on HGH, it simply doesn't seem possible for an extended amount of time each day. I use to do the same thing and even on TRT now with HGH, the hypoglycemia sets in 3-4 hours after waking up.
And uhh, yeah, def working, 5iu will give you a lot of noticeable side effects. If your goal is to raise IGF-1 during a cycle, you can keep at 4-5iu, otherwise I'd drop it to 1-3iu a day for health, with 3 being more for fat loss.

Fasting, and accute fluctuations of serum GH do absolutely nothing for fatloss.fasting by itself, when done right, is already jacking up your GH
Well, to be clear, I said nothing about the effects of GH while fasting (GH when fasted is secreted for a different purpose than build muscle), I just said its elevated while fasting.Fasting, and accute fluctuations of serum GH do absolutely nothing for fatloss.
IM does absolutely nothing different than traditional calorie restriction in the context of body composition and fatloss
