I’ve decided to join the MESO community after lurking for several months. I’m 32 years old and have been training consistently for about 9 years now.
In my earlier years, like many, I made the mistake of focusing only on gains without paying much attention to the internal cost. I’ve run a few cycles in the past, but I wasn't as diligent with blood work as I should have been. My goal now has shifted significantly toward longevity and smart performance enhancement.
I'm here to dive deeper into the science of harm reduction, specifically regarding lipid management and cardiovascular health while on cycle. I believe this forum has the most educated user base when it comes to the technical side of AAS, and I’m eager to learn from the veterans here.
Looking forward to being part of the community. Cheers!
