For the last month or so I have been looking into frag 176-191 and anavar to help me with my workouts, because so far after all my efforts I have only managed to gain a six pack but hardly any increase on my butt despite my efforts, plus there's that little bit of stubborn belly fat that won't go away, so I will use frag to shed the fat off a little by using the lowest effective does and cycle anavar for my but work out.

Does this sound right or a effective way to reach my goals?

Is there any truths to gh, frag or igf ability to increase breast size? Because Im quite flat.

Is there something that's good for a localized boost for my workout and my flat ass? I have thought of npp but am concerned that it my be a little to powerful. Also is npp a likely injection to viralize at super low doses and does npp become useless at super low doses?
 
Thanks for the pics and don't be so hard on yourself we are our own worst critics . I'm not sure about Hgh effecting breast size. as far as your glutes you can target them with specific exercises . I don't know if npp would be a good idea .
 
I have been doing lots to get them bigger, squats, lunges, hip thrusts etc. But nothing, I also walk alot and do tkd for cardio. At the moment Im thinking I need a boost.
 
Gal you need to exercise those glutes for them to grow, be patient and continue what your doing and more important remember whatever you gain naturally, you get to KEEP!

The rest is DIET

AAS or PEPs are not a wise choice until both of the above are optimized

My diet atm is high protein, low carb n low fat. I also take fast days once or twice a week. Im thinking that I would be healthy enough to go ahead with it all Im just in research mode, for maybe the next month or so.
 
Finally locate a gym partner who is interested in a healthy lifestyle and locate a QUALIFIED trainer.

Unless your committed to a lifestyle of BB (and that is a huge unknown until you've spent at least one year in the gym lifting naturally) the risk benefit ratio of AAS is to high for females IMO.

Impatience is the bane of many novice lifters or those (guys/gals) who want
a beach body NOW.

Stick to the gym for at least 3months the changes you seek
will come wo PEDs
 
There are a multitude of gluteal exercises on the net yet let me suggest you Google one in particular "The Unilateral stiff/straight leg dead lift"

I've recommended it to gals on many occasions bc it tends to "lift" the glutes and doesn't require a lot of weight. Just maintain a straight back at all times!

If you decide to be sure to research all you can and do it safely. after all it is our body and health.

Welcome to the forum. The ladies in here do give great advice.. We wish you the best. If you do decide to do a cycle, do a cycle log in here so we can give you the best advice possible.. reaching our goals will take time. Slow, steady and consistency is some of the key factors we must always remember.. :)
