Whats up my fellow brothers in iron!!
My name is not David I am no dummy. I have been a guest lurker for a long time and then I made a account and lurked even more. Decided it was time to post my intro and contribute where I can. This is the best damn board I have seen and I am glad this is the first aas board I ran into.
I am a mid 30's male. Been back at the weights for 2 years again. I have 1 previous cycle under my belt when I was about 20-21 I ran a 8 week Sust cycle with a 2-3 week Dbol starter dropped the dbol from what I remember because it made me feel like shit. Made some good gains but was prob not a good idea to run a cycle that young and I had no clue what I was doing. Then life got in the way and I stopped lifting for a while.
Any way not ready to run a cycle yet. I still have some natty gains to be made. My diet and nutrition are very good but its always a learning process and I am always striving to improve in those areas. Currently bulking was down around 184 and 14% now bulking I am at 205 18%. I am gonna try and add a few more lbs and start cutting. I will review where I am at after that cut.
Basically I am here to learn and add in where I can.
