Hi. My Name is Matt and I used to use steroids. LOL

Congrat's bro on coming clean. That's awesome! My last cycle ended in Dec. '03 and I vowed to stay off from then on. It sounds like we had a lot of the same issues while being on. (ie. Being a Christian and using steroids) I found myself constantly trying to justify my actions to God, while at the same time living in fear of my health because I didn't want to tell the doc.

I want you to know that I appreciate your story, it helps me to remember my vow. Every now and them I struggle with wanting to get back "ON", and it's stories like yours that help me get through those struggles/temptations.

Just a thought, but we may want to consider having some kind of support group for those of us who have quit the bean. Because lets face it, we all have underlying issues that led to that path in the first place, so why not talk about and support one another to get through those issues. IMO one of God's greatest gifts (besides HIS Son) is His Grace and we are called to be agents of Grace to one another.

Let me know what you think.

Hey Matt,,,Thats cool,,,We all have to work out our own salvation with trembling and fear,,,As long as your conscience is clear and I know it is:),,,Its good to hear of a couple that communicates and shares in all things,,,Godspeed Brother,,,VDC

Matt, you know I have a lot of respect for you and I wish the best for you and your wife and kiddos. Sounds like you might have made a wise decision - putting your health and family before your juicing.

If you ever do decide to resume juicing, LOL, here is maybe a recomendation.....weeks 1-6 50mg/day DBol and weeks 1-12 750mg/week Test.
It is obviously a very basic, very simple cycle. But I am a strong believer in the KISS principle - keep it simple stupid. That would be a very very safe cycle and you would still get great results from it. I don't think that would mess with your blood chemistry very much at all.

Your wife is a very lucky woman to have such an awesome husband. And you are also a very lucky man to have her as well. I wish the two of you the very best. If you ever need ANYTHING - give me a holler.

Matt, good to see you around. Did you also share your eating habits with your doc? I remember you once telling me that you had competed up in the 270s and when we spoke on the phone, you had shifted back down to 217 if I am not mistaken. Those are some pretty wild fluctuations and while I'm sure the elephant dosage of gear was mostly to blame, your pre-meet diet methods were probably also harsh on your system as well. 800mg eq per week....no wonder your blood turned to yogurt.

Bro, could you please explain something to me: how does your being Christian contradict with taking steroids? I am Jewish and I have no problem being "on".Also, you're obviously very strong but as far as kicking ass in the gym, I would have to disagree with you.Sure you can outlift me, but I am not a powerlifter, I could give two shits about how much I lift.I predict you will get back on, once a juicer always a juicer. Now, stop the BS and tell us what your next cycle will look like :D

matt also wondering about your diet, more so what it is now to, my chlosteral up to 247, blood feels thick as well, mid cycle, can feel veins in elbows, feels backed up, like veins are bloated, mabey this is in my head since i have been freakin out since i got my chlosteral checked, anyway wondering about what your doc has you eating now that got you back down to those levels, i would like to get there, i have been dropping fats and anything i can that is by- product of animals to lower my levels, not easy and i gotta be honest, im not doing that great, but its early on, but wondering if there are foods that docs say has a positive effect, in other words more than just removing the bad, can i be proactive within my diet?

If you don't mind me asking what made you finally admit your aas use to your medical practicioner? Did you start to feel sick or know that something was wrong?

Matt, glad you posted. I had been curious about how your health was. Keep it up and good luck with teaching next year

p.s. No wonder your lawn is so shitty. 900 pound tires arent the best fertilizers :D
