The VERONICA-Nigeria trial (2022–2024), led by Dr. Dike Ojji, demonstrated that a low-dose triple-pill combination (Telmisartan 20 mg, Amlodipine 2.5 mg, and Chlorthalidone/Indapamide 12.5 mg) significantly improved blood pressure control compared to standard care in Black African adults with hypertension. The single-pill strategy reduced home systolic pressure by 5.8 mm Hg more than standard care.

I saw a video about this on YT. Thought it was interesting. The study was for Hypertension which could be applicable for here. Obviously clean up the lifestyle as much as possible, get checked for sleep apnea...

Indapamide comes in 1.5mg pills in my country, so I don't know how you'd split this.
