High BP 2 weeks on Test E

I had made a post prior about my blood pressure and chalked it up as anxiety, but I’m still getting high readings. The two I just took were 175/74 and 180/80 . Could this be due to high estrogen already in 2 weeks? I’m going to get bloods done, but they take about a week or so for results to come back. What should I do in the mean time? Do I back off my dose? Do I give my body a chance to adapt? Do I add in my aromasin? I feel worried letting my numbers go this high for another week without doing anything. I also heard telmisartan is a good BP med to take while on cycle, but that would take awhile to come in.

Diet is on point, sodium and sugar is limited. Caffeine intake is moderate at about 150mg/day, going to cut that back too to see if it helps. I do need to start adding in more cardio. I’m 25 years old, sitting at around 12% body fat. I don’t believe hypertension runs in the family.

Have you tried using Telmisartan?

That's definitely waaay too high, like dangerously high. Get your health in check before using steroids, as they are known to wreck it further if you're not careful or don't know what you're doing.

Personally I experienced high blood pressure only after taking steroids, in my case it was isolated hypertension: systolic high, diastolic normal (140-150/80).
How I fixed it, was of course when I came off it normalized and after that I started to BnC, so when I cruised I again experienced elevated blood pressure. So, I started taking cialis at 10mg/day and it knocked 10 points and I guess my body over time adapted to my new weight, so I have pretty normal blood pressure ~130/80 now.

So when I blast say 600-1000mg of Testosterone and add something to spice it up like anavar sometimes, I experience elevated blood pressure and get in to 140's, but still 80 diastolic. When I go back to my cruise 250mg per week it normalizes and stabilizes at 130's, unless I go over 230lbs or 105kg.

So for me it is mostly weight and body fat % control. Ideally I have to keep my weight at 220lbs or ~100kg to have passable blood pressure reading and don't go over 130/80. As long as I don't go over 230lbs or 105kg, I don't have to worry going much higher in BP.

All in all, it's very individual thing. I will downsize some next year for that reason, I want to stay off cialis and maintain a blood pressure that's still good. I guess I'll go back to 220lbs/100kg and call it a day for health reasons. Cruising on 250mg should make it super easy to maintain a lean physique at that body weight.

Yo thank you, yeah I need to figure this out. I’m puzzled over the cause of mine. It’ll also read drastically different during different times of the day. For example this morning upon waking up I was 131/70; I don’t get it.

Measure once, if you are waking up and already get to the toilet. relax for about 5 minutes and then measure. You get your mind fucked up in all your threads
Check online how to !!

Its crazy actually, upon waking up this morning it was fine 131/70, 130/62, and 129/55. I don’t understand the variance.

After you smack yourself upside the head for posting without doing this first: get some blood work done dude. No one including yourself can answer those questions definitively other than whatever you are doing is INTOLERABLE :)

130's is not dangerous, they changed that shit recently as the new high. It is high for average fat and overweight people not athletes. My grandpa lived his life in to late 70's with 140/90 from like 30 years old.

So again as otherwise healthy individual, who takes care of his diet and body fat % while keeping weight under control one should not experience problems with 130's systolic...

P.S. assuming that individual we talk about is otherwise healthy.

Anything I should check besides estradiol, test, cbc, and cmp? Or are all of those enough to give me an idea of why my pressure is doing what it’s doing?
