Free t and shgb not available test.
I have been in 200mg/ week for 6 months. Before these labs. Split is t/th/sat. Labs drawn tuesday

question? I have no sides with estrogen of 96. Are there any long term complications of a estrogen at 96. If doc lets me stay in this range

Why yes, yes there are. Mostly HPG axis recovery (E2 shuts you down hard at high concentrations, of course androgens do too). Eventually you may experience side effects like gyno/mood effects if the "T":E ratio drops (ie when tapering/cycling off).

Potentially you can run into heart heath issues running that wet for many years (there aren't really studies of this for obvious reasons). Short term no real issues... wetter is likely better than dry for most things but that is a bit higher than I would want to have permanently.

Wet are you referring to fluid retention leading to congestive heart failure.

So, I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago. Blood pressure was at 150. The labs emailed me my fasting bloodwork test results a few days ago. Cholesterol at 250, Triglycerides at 220, total estrogen serum at 300. The bad heart numbers are expected, runs in the family. The estrogen was a surprise. I never cycled with AAS, but have ran mk677 without pct (I have read that it wasn't necessary, but some people on Reddit are reporting higher estrogen after that SARM). I also stopped mk677 probably a good month or more prior to bloodwork. Another concern is that prostate cancer runs in the family. Just curious if anyone had unexpected high estrogen levels and what it ended up amounting to.

Thank you, I appreciate the response. I was a little concerned because Reference Range: 60-190 pg/mL. But my breasts haven't gotten any bigger.

LMFAO, I posted this into this thread with the hope that @grey would see it and give me a well informed response. Your feedback was definitely concise.
lol, sorry man... as the others have said the general rule of them is that you treat sides instead of numbers.

That said, was your estrogen test done using the ECLIA methodology or the more sensitive LC/MS?

I ask because ECLIA tests often show estrone as E2 erroneously. Not that high levels of estrone are great for your health either but a 300 E2 read on an LC/MS test would be of higher concern over the long-term than a 300 ECLIA result.

Not much info on the lab site. I will find out soon enough what the doctor's gameplan is.

ESTROGEN, TOTAL, SERUM

Reference Range: 60-190 pg/mL

The total estrogen assay is not recommended for use in pre-pubertal children.
