High heart rate - perfect blood pressure

So today I just discovered I'm having fucking average HR of 98bpm but my blood pressure is perfect 110-67 on average on multiple measurements done.
All other health marker are good.

Taking:

10IU HGh
500mg test
600mg deca
5mg Cialis
2.5mg tirzepatide

Any idea what can raise my HR but keep my BP in check?
Can HCT too high give me high HR but don't affect the BP? It seems strange if the blood was too viscous I should have an higher BP as well right?

I'm fucking baffled and it's worrying me a bit, I'm gonna get an echocardiogram and an EKG asap but still except starting to do cardio what can I take to lower my BPM?

Or any drugs that I'm taking could give this effects?

Cialis is keeping blood pressure in check I’m sure.
So maybe is the fucking HCT, gonna donate blood on Monday and see if this shit gets better. I always had an higher HR but not this high.

Getting echocardiogram and EKG anyway better safe then sorry

Things that can raise RHR include:

HGH (most likely culprit here)
Deca (if it's giving you anxiety, it did for me)

Cialis did absolutely nothing for my blood pressure, but I love using it at 2.5mg here and there.

Other lifestyle factors can affect HR, too. Have you been very stressed out over the past few days? Lack of sleep? Terrible recovery? Are you taking a B12 vitamin (methylated) that you possible can't process?

Are you measuring HR correctly? Where is it when you first wake up?

I tested it after being 10 minutes sit on a chair.

I'm not stressed, I didn't sleep much last night but that was just one night. No terrible recovery. Not taking a b12 vitamin just p5p to keep prolactin in check.
I don't suffer of anxiety.

I have used both a BP monitor that measure my HR too, then I used a Fitbit and then I used my own fingers on the wrist. Same results from both 3 type of measurements.

It's most likely the HGH. Drop the dose down or better, drop down to a cruise (2iu/day perhaps) and see if that has a significant effect. If it does, simply titrate the dose back up slowly to a level where you can manage without much sides.

What if I just keep it like this? I mean it's still below 100 and I can start doing a bit of cardio to help it out. I have an HR of 80-85 normally, always had an higher HR.

I don't do cardio but I'm definitely starting to do it as it's very good for general health and I can't keep ignoring it.

Never had a problem at 5IU but I would really love to stay at 10IU for 6 months at least and see where I can go with my upcoming winter bulk :(

6 months at nearly a 100 BPM is NOT good. Staying healthy in the long run will build WAY MORE muscle than only being able to blast a few more times due to health scares/issues. Drop it down and do cardio, at least 5 or 6 days a week, even 7 (if you're doing LISS); just make sure it's actual cardio and not some funky walk at 110 BPM. You can try SLOWLY increasing the dose from 5iu to see if that helps.

You have the knowledge, do with it what you will.

There is no need to panic at all. Normal hr is 60-100, and some people naturally run on the high end of that. You’re taking a decent amount of gear and 10 iu of GH so not surprising it’s a bit higher than normal for you, also I know a lot of people that have a higher heart rate on Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, etc. important thing is that your heart is in normal sinus rhythm which the ekg will show. Just start doing some cardio, and if need be drop the GH dose down and see if that helps.
