High Prolactine after PCT

I just did bloodwork 21 days after PCT, TT is at 721ng/dL, estradiol is at 34 and LH/FSH are good in range. SHBG is at normal middle range.

Problem is prolactine:

36,42 ug/L (3,46 - 19,4)

Will this be fixed by itself with time or should I take something to help?

I have spoken with an endocrinologist, and he told me that the negative symptoms of high prolactin levels in men are due to the effect that this hormone, in high concentrations, has on the testicular axis, thus reducing testosterone levels. However, in my case, my testosterone levels are fine, so there's nothing to worry about. He also mentioned that prolactin is a stress hormone and that to analyze it, a double analysis should be done, with samples taken 20 minutes apart.

And that 36,42 ug/L is definitely not high enough to worry.

Today bloodwork again, prolactin keeps at same high level. LH/FSH/TT is Ok, so no HPTA suppression.

Is it worth it to hop on Dostinex low dose for a while?

It keeps at 36ug/L months later.

Endo thought that's not important and eventually it will go down, it seems it doesn't go down.
