High red blood count

I'll be curious to see what total test and e2 are. Do you take anything else, like an AI?

200mg is a lot.

How is your blood pressure?

also mate, you seem experienced. if i will have high rbc and hemoglobin with okay hematocrit and low bp, how much rhat would be concerning?

i measure bp regularly and its 95% time low. under/around 115/65 with rhr under 60.
lower number (dys?) is always too low imo. ive seen it under 69 regularly, few times even under 50.

I do not take an AI. Only side I have noticed is erect nipples. Used to be like caved in lol. A tiny bit sensitive.

BP two days ago was 125/66.

Free Test is 44.9, the test says the range is 6.8-21.5. So assuming total is going to be pretty high.

Great blood pressure.

Do you know your hematocrit?

Great blood pressure.

not yet. plan is to draw blood this week if work time allows it. it may be elevated for sure but i drink ton of water. i dont go under 5l per day.

bp was always low. even when i was natural, it was super low. once i passed out after hard workout from that, on kitchen floor.

cause its summer time, i try to bike for 1,5-2h few times per week as cardio and for fat loss phase. low salt also.

RN, just before bed in chilled state.

This is not good at all, it looks like it is but it's not. Diastolic is very, very low. I have the same problem but in my case systolic is a bit lower too so pulse pressure is lower. In your case you have a pulse pressure of 64 which is on the high side. Optimal pp is up to 40. In other words, if your bp was 115-80 it would be way better and the sad thing is you can't do nothing to just raise diastolic bp alone.

interesting. honestly, pulse is ussually under 60.
measured today after i woke up and i was at 115/50 with 55 pulse. after morning piss, before 1,5l of water, empty stomach. not sure if its important

any reason why is this happening?
i always had big difference between upper and lower number. lower was always low.

sometimes when i stand up fast i can feel dizzy for second of two.

Honestly i have no Idea, probably genetic. I'm referring to pulse pressure which is the difference between systolic and diastolic bp, not pulse like beats per minute.

115/50 gives a pulse pressure of 65 (the difference between both) and a bp of 115/75 would give a pulse pressure of 40. My bp is usually 105/55 so not very good either.

Your heart rate is great though. When i stand up i too get dizzy sometimes, it's called orthostatic hypotension and low diastolic is the culprit.

so pulse preassure is pulse (hearthbeat) per minute? cause thats what is displayed on my device.

or you mean pulse preassure that is calculation between two bp readings, do i understand correctly?

i had genetic test done from dna cause my dad has genetic disease that caused thickening of artherie/left valve of hearth, not sure what is correct term.

basicly, with bp meds he is walking with 140/90 daily... he had episodes of 200/120 and ended up at hospital years ago.
not fat guy, cycling on bike regularly, active lifestyle and absolute unit made during comunism... 60 yo.

results came back and i dont have that gene and that problem.
they did ekg and hearth scan (sono? i think) after that and everything was okay. that was 6-8 months before i threw away my natty card.

i measure bp regularly and highest ive seen was 125/70 but i think that was not in completly chilled state.

i need to dig deeper into this

tbh i didnt know it was a thing. well, you learn something new everyday...

soooo you say there is no way to raise lower number alone. so, anadrol probably wont work also.. :D
i have unopened bottle i snatched cause price was too good and its smiling at me daily...

I doubt it will help, in my case it didn't do anything on blood pressure or hematocrit but there are many cases who end up with raised HCT and blood pressure. I'd say better not to try until you solve the high RBC issue. Then you can start taking it and monitor your bp.

What seemed it helped my case with BP is raising the sodium. Not that it made it perfect but it's a bit higher than before, i too drink 5-6 liters of water per day.

Generally whatever spikes your blood pressure hits both numbers but in many cases the biggest hit goes to systolic which is something we specifically must avoid. If i could chose though between a 115/50 and a 125/60 I'd chose the latter.

i was jokin with anadrol, i have 0 desire to use it, i was greedy and snatched it without thinkin....

well, im at low sodium now cause of cutting phase. only bit of salt on chicken but its not much...

i will monitor it but probably cant do anything RN. will see if it will go up during next growth phase.

not sure about rbc or hemoglobin/hematocrit, thats my best guess cause im om not so trt dose for while. i plan to draw bloods tomorrow morning if work allows it... plan was to do it last week but i need to go to lab at morning and there was no time unfortunatelly....

will see how good/bad it is, i will report back.

Wide pulse pressure is not something to be adjusted with drugs.

Look up the causes, and you will see they are mechanical.

came home from 90min bike ride/cardio season, took shower, layed down on couch for 15-20min, checked bp and i was at 105/40 with 65 pulse

how low is too low? i see these low numbers all the time, should i be concerned about something?

Yes, you're straining your heart too much with such low BP. You have to fix it, asap. For starters increase sodium. I put a lot of salt in my meals and when i have sweet meals like cream of rice or oatmeal i just chug down a teaspoon of salt and drink 700-800ml of water with it. One teaspoon before workout too, especially now that's summer. Your systolic is fine, but diastolic is dangerously low. Anything lower than 50 diastolic is concerning.

gonna do mate. i was wondering if its too low but when i asked various doctors, everyone told me "aaaah you are young and fit its okay dowt worry"

basicly they care if you are at 140/90 and higher. i told cardiologist what i have always low bp and she didnt seem to be concerned too much.

it was the same when i was fat and natural, lean-ish and natural and now when im on PEDs, didnt change much.

my first fear was high bp cause i jumped on anabolics train and ive read everywhere "beware of high bp" but couldnt find much about low bp, until i came here - thanks guys.

"They found that people who had low diastolic blood pressure (60 to 69 mm Hg) were twice as likely to have subtle evidence of heart damage compared with people whose diastolic blood pressure was 80 to 89 mm Hg. Low diastolic values were also linked with a higher risk of heart disease and death from any cause over 21 years."

I don't know what to make of this. I have never even heard of this issue before.
