High resting heart rate on tren/t3

My resting heart rate is currently 78bpm upon waking and then between 84-94bpm throughout the day. Bp is also a little high at 135/75... Started taking Hawthorne berries for that so see if it goes down a bit.

I'm currently running around 400mg of tren a week and 20/100 t3/t4 a day. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience running beta blockers to lower heart rate? Pharmacist has propranalol, was thinking of maybe picking some up.

So maybe not worth it unless heart rate is really elevated (at which point cutting out the tren or t3 might be the better idea)? Do you know what your heart rate was before the beta blocker?

Heart rate was like 103 and blood pressure was high . I say try the beta blocker and stop using it if your peformance is effected too much . Just my opinion, of course safely and health first .

Elevated HR is normal on T3. Watch it and BP. If you get over 100bpm resting or 140/80, time to take action.
Gotcha. So I'm treading the line but still in the clear right now. My tsh was 3.55 and 4.5 on my last two sets of bloods so planning on staying on the t3. Will definitely have to monitor heart rate... Hoping it doesn't get any higher for now and lowers in a couple months when I'm done with the tren.

T4 can sometimes be more gentle for replacement, since the body can control t4-->t3 conversion rate. Just in case you're still unhappy with BP/HR after dropping the other drugs.

Resting heart rate is within normal limits 60-100 Bpm. Blood pressure should be <140/90, unless your using the new bp ranges of <135/85. Either way I wouldn't worry too much with your current vitals unless your having other symptoms of feeling faint, dizzy, visual disturbances etc. I would definitely continue to monitor them and if bp or hr consistently goes above normal ranges then I'd make changes (ie... Lower or drop the tren).

I'm actually using 20/100 t3/t4 right now. Was prescribed 9/38 for high tsh but wanted to up the doseage.

No other symptoms... Feeling really good overall.

I have used propanolol from pharmacist. It works wonders. Every once in and awhile my pulse gets too high and it helps. Make me super drowsy though. I basically just feel super calm and relaxed. I don't take it everyday though, just as needed.

Super drowsy sucks unless only taking it at night. When do you consider it needed?

Holy shit I thought I had a bad resting HR because it was at 65. How was your resting HR and BP before the cycle? Do you normally do cardio or anything?

I believe my heart rate was 67 BPM pre cycle. Bp I think was 120/60 or so. Never do cardio which is clearly a contributing factor here.

Holy shit then. I'd say you might want to start doing them to supplement everything you are using. You're in the danger zone man.
Really? Getting some conflicting view points here... I've heard don't worry about it unless it gets over 100. On web MD or one of those sites they list 60-100 as normal but I did see another site that was talking about anything over 70 was elevated.
