High resting heart rate on tren/t3

My resting heart rate is currently 78bpm upon waking and then between 84-94bpm throughout the day. Bp is also a little high at 135/75... Started taking Hawthorne berries for that so see if it goes down a bit.

I'm currently running around 400mg of tren a week and 20/100 t3/t4 a day. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience running beta blockers to lower heart rate? Pharmacist has propranalol, was thinking of maybe picking some up.

Really? Getting some conflicting view points here... I've heard don't worry about it unless it gets over 100. On web MD or one of those sites they list 60-100 as normal but I did see another site that was talking about anything over 70 was elevated.

Ya 100 is average but you never want to be high end of average if you can help it. I mean look at the average human being. Not in the best shape of their life.

For sure... Just trying to decide if being on the high end of average is worth taking another med for or not.

I'd say add cardio to your mix and see how much it'll improve. It improved mine, worth a shot.
For sure, should do that anyways. Me issue is I only have an hour to workout in the mornings so like to use that time on weights. I'll figure a way to make it work.

I do mine after my last meal, right before I go to bed. Out of first thing in the morning, post-workout, and before bed it gives me the best fat loss results. I still do them right now and I'm lean bulking at the moment. So if it doesn't fuck with your sleep then give it a shot. Just walking outside should do.

Problem is I got a kid. Only true free time if first thing in the morning. I'll figure something out, just gotta think on it for a bit.

Relax brother your numbers are not that high especially you bp as for you hr maybe a little but still nothing to worry about, and certainly not enough to add another drug over.

Thanks bro. I'm adding in a few minutes of cardio a day to see if that helps heart rate. I'm not coming off anytime soon so want to make sure things don't get out of hand.

Bp was better yesterday (day four of Hawthorne berries)... 130/75. I'm picking up some telmisartan which helps with bp and also had some other very useful benefits even if your bp isn't high. https://thinksteroids.com/steroid-profiles/telmisartan/
