High test cycles (500+) vs Low test, what’s your preference?

In terms of sides and gains which yields the best results with the least amount of issues? Would you rather run a trt dose of test with higher anabolic or high test w/ or without extra compounds.

Is it realistic for someone to make good long term progress on a lower test cycle or will it just be wasting time and potential gains?
 
I ran high test and was not a fan. Despite estro being in range I was fairly watery.

So this go im running (lower) test at 250mg a week while stacking on other anabolics at higher dosages. To me i see test as something to fill a role. Provide a test base and give a source for aromatase. Let better compounds provide the growth.

Just my thought process lately

For now it would be 200mg tren ace weekly as I have a cycle worth of vials. Might consider deca or masteron as I can’t afford primo or eq at decent doses. My goal is to recomp at my current weight of 190lbs 13/14% bf or gain a few lbs of muscle while keeping bloating to an absolute minimum. My long term goal is to be around 200lbs at 10% bf.

Whats your cycle history? Tren is absolutely not necessary for that goal. If you add enough lean mass whilst barely increasing body fat Itll offset your bodyfat percentage. You just need to be smart about your diet. More than possible with some test, deca, mast.

I'm on my second week of test, npp, mast and I've already started to see changes.

Whats your height, diet, training? Because I feel like after 3 cycles and tren you should be a bit further along than a not so lean 190. No offense or anything, I just feel like something might be lacking not in the gear department

I’ve been training on Fierce 5 Upper Lower split for all three cycles within the past 4 years.

My first cycle I started at 24yrs old 160 8-9bf ended up at 175lbs 12%. A few months after pct I ended up around 172ish 15%. My lifts remained as they were on cycle though (30-50lbs gain on all 3 compounds). Throughout the cycle I ate 300-500 calories over maintenance.

Second cycle started a year later going from 172lbs 15% to 180lbs at 12% bf. Ate around maintenance and some weeks even below while gaining 20+lbs on all compound lifts. A few months after pct I ended up around 175 12% bf. Lifts remained the same.

Third cycle started at 175lbs 12% to 210lbs 17-18%bf. I pretty much went all out on my diet and my lifts rapidly increased for the first 5 weeks now I actually have the logs of my progress in the gym here:

Bench: 245x8 to 305x5
Squat: 390x4 to 445x6
Deadlift: 470x3 to 550x4
Rows: 245x8 to 270x8

However by week 5 I crashed my car into the entrance of a police station. Drove under the influence in attempt to pick up an order from Krispy Kreme. The aftermath was so stressful that I stopped eating and my training became inconsistent so I pretty much stopped gaining at that point. This was summer of last year and there was just a lot of events that hit me all of a sudden.


I started earlier than I should have due to personal life situations that brought me to that point. But I’m already on the train and there’s no getting off, at least not until I find a woman to settle with and have kids. But for as long as I’m alone with no friends my health doesn’t matter to me.

....... and, yes, there's more wrong than the gear.
Meh...oh well. So any advice for the next cycle?
 
I prefer high test or test:anabolic being equal because that's how I got taught. But if I can get size with lower test, why not.

Full hard muscles with a lot strength and i was eating 3200cals. Big size comes from blasting high. Genetics will be the only factor how well you tolerate drugs. You wanna get big you need to start blasting over a gram total gear and go from there.

Should I take masteron along with test to keep water retention down? Or is Adex good enough. I’m talking specifically water retention in the face. I already have winstrol but that can only be used for so long.

I would stay away from AIs unless ya absolutely need em, for like a gyno situation. I always love dht derivatives. Lots of strength. Im ngl I havent used masteron yet. Ive heard it doesnt do hardly anything for size. Thats why its used as a cutter. You cant avoid some sort of bloat or fat gain if you wanna get big but just know you can always cut I mean thats what everybody does. I mean hgh and tren is the best things to use for leaner gains. Idk anybody who is big that didnt build that temple without high test blasting tho
Dam. i just read post #12 from you...your strong as fuck and made some decent weight gains...
 
Once I achieve the look I'm after . I'll try 500 or less test. And high Mast and other goodies to aide dry no bloat look.
