Not sure what others would say but generally depending which AAS you want to add you need your body fat under control. Even some mild AAS can convert to more estrogen ant higher body fat and even impact your visceral fat more at high bf. Make sure to do bloodwork and see if you need to make adjustments before adding as well. Then continue to monitor every 90 days or so so you can see how your body is responding. Feeling good isn’t a marker when the inside could have lots going on building up. HGH isn’t magical either. It can be effective for some things but results take a while and can be subtle. Don’t jump into high IUs. Get dialed in on your weight, diet and training before ever taking that first pin of any AAS especially in your 40s (I’m in the same age group).

Hello ladies and gents. I’m in my early 40s been yo-yoing with my weight the last 10 yrs (wife kids career etc etc). I’m 6ft on the dot went from 262lbs down to 185, up to 235, down to 195 about month ago, and I’m creeping back up to 210. Newish to peptides, was taking tesamorelin, reta, and slu-pp32. I’m absorbing all the AWESOME info here on the forum and planning to put it to use. My goal is to start on hgh and maybe some mild AAS to preserve the muscle I have left and eliminating the stubborn belly and moobs once and for all. MESO ftw!

Apologies meant to reply to a thread. It’s early

Hello people

Like many, I’ve been on the forum for a bit over 4 or 4 years. I haven’t been active when it comes to posting because it was more of a learning experience over that time frame.

I recently started dabbling and purchasing and been having bad luck with some of the labs, no responses, bad orders, etc but because I’m a new member couldn’t really tell the rest of yall for warning.

Hoping to start posting more so I can share these experiences and also DM

Anyways thanks for having me
If you have an urgent need to report a source you can request through the admin team.

hello meso,
this post is overdue for me my account is about 10 years old- after a bit off time off due to life demands I'm back lurking and learning here. currently 'cruising' right now..(bloodwork coming soon) might post some pics after this next blast.
thanks everyone

Hi all. I wasn't feeling great as I was entering mid life. Had my primary look at test level and found it sub 300. Started on TRT 18 months ago and it changed my life. It helped reignite a fire inside I thought had burnt out 10 years prior. Wish I would have found this site 17 months ago. 1 stop shop for great answers and insight!

I am new here, been a reader for about a year and i feel like its about time to interact some
I am a software developer and i just love steroids world and i have been dealing with a couple of sources from here, thanks for keeping the forum intact

Excited to join and be part of community . Long time member of another board/ forum but always hear great things about meso so finally joined. I welcome all the help I can get on here.

I’ve been training since 12 and ended up playing college soccer until blowing my knee out. Love training and always learning. Years experience with compounds and peptides but no profressional. Like to keep things pretty simple . Enjoy being on forums like this to keep up to speed with what all is going on in the bodybuilding and training community . Never competed and no desire to ever compete. I tip my hat to those that do bc I tell you now I could not . It takes a different breed.

I recognize LittleGinger above me from the "other" board :) So not new to the scene. Training since I was 14. I am 46 now. Father was big into Olympic Lifting which got me involved in lifting. Looking for a new Forum to expand my knowledge base.

Quarter of the year poopy amateur bodybuilder whos done 3 competitions for funnies when he gets too fat. I mainly lurk on mesos to learn a few things and keep up with the AAS economy.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently on TRT and have developed a passion for peptides, both researching them and exploring how they might improve my life. My main goal is to learn more about which compounds can support health, performance, and longevity.

I’ve joined this community to expand my knowledge, share experiences, and stay up to date with the latest research in this space. Looking forward to connecting with everyone here and contributing where I can.

Hello, long time lurker. I always wondered why I couldn’t respond to the steroid underground forum but I didn’t realize the forum rules and after reading them, I understand now why. I am a bodybuilder (I compete) I generally just search these forums and do a lot of reading and a bit of talking. I do a lot of Janoshik testing on different sources so I’ll share those as I go along if allowed. I am mainly just here to contribute to this thing of ours and learn things along the way of anecdotal experiences on compounds I may be interested in. I’ll ask any questions.

First, this begins by introducing yourself to the community with a thread in the New Member Introduction subforum. Tell us about yourself, your goals, your experiences, your expectations, etc. Use this subforum for your initial interactions with other members of the community.

Highlighting this part. New members will get better visibility and feedback that way.

Good idea, this helps reduce the number of people who just join to ask questions about oral only cycles or immediate just ask where to buy without doing research themselves.
