As I mentioned in my cutting log, I've been running 50mcg of T3 for months; things are going well, but I was wondering if anyone has run higher dosages like 75mcg and noticed any difference, or rather, if it would be worth it. I ordered a ton of Clen and T3 recently, as I planned on staying on 50mcg, until I decide to bulk again, but also wanted to stack the clen at 40mcg per day at some point to speed progress a bit when it gets stagnant. Also, I eventually I want to get off T3 completely to allow my thyroid to recover, which I would also use clen to keep my metabolism ramped up while that is going on.

But back to my original question, what's the highest dose worth running, safely that you have done?

I have taken 125-150mcg the most. Yes is a difference. If you plan to lose some final fat it would definitely help
Been more thirsty than usual but other than that no side effects.

What anabolics were you on to fight the catabolism of muscle ?
That has been like 6 years ago and from what I remember but can't be 100% around 1,5g test,450 tren. 6 years ago I didn't go over 2 grams of gear but not below 1g either
Been prepared for a powerlifting competition and had to do the weight. I remember that my strength has been increasing in that prep

Wow, it's impressive that you still felt strong on that dose of t3, despite your aas load. T3 makes me feel weak like a 12 year old girl

I was crazy back then. If I would put something in my mind I would do it. That drive helped me getting stronger
I managed to enter under 95kg and got stronger in that time also. Crazy days now I am not near mentally how I was

Damn lol.

Was your heart racing or any other sides?

100mcg was my max and it had my RHR in the high 90's. Never again.

75mcg I can handle but puts my RHR in the mid to high 80's.

Will you see a difference going from 50mcg to 75mcg? Yip.

The highest dose you can tolerate will be dependent on how you react to it though.

That said, 50mcg T3 and 40mcg clen is a good sweet spot, at least for me.

I will then probably use 75mcg for a bit, then go up to 100mcg at some point, but I won't exceed that, and maybe not even doing it for that long. Again, I've been on 50mcgs for MONTHS now, probably not smart to run 100 or so for that long.

I personally don't see the utility of using T3, what was your reasoning for using it? If I were going to supplement thyroid hormone at all it would be a HRT dose of T4 in the latter portion of my diet when endogenous production is suppressed.

because it help increase calorie expenditure, and allows me to cut on a higher calorie intake so I'm not starving to death

100mcg is an aggressive dose. You will most likely be dealing with tachycardia and insomnia. I would maybe do it a month or two max depending how much fat you want to shred. Take a break and start back up at 50 go to 75, then 100mcg again.

Have you dropped any fat at 50mcg for months?

I've seen dosages as High as 300mcg
Some vets saying that 100-150 it starts to really burn fat.

However I've used it at 50mcg only and I could play with this for cutting or bulking it gave me better digestion and let me eat more food in growing phase.
Also when diet was really tough it allowed me to not cut any more calories.

Yes, I posted progress pics in my cutting cycle log

I’m dubious overall hunger signalling is any different for the same overall caloric deficit. Why not just use more voluminous foods and avoid unnecessary muscle catabolism signalling and have to worry about endogenous thyroid suppression? Also the effort level to get to even <8% body fat is hardly an onerous task to begin with.

I appreciate your concern, but this is my strategy this time around; it is working and will get me to what I want to achieve. I've tried other methods and I wasn't a fan; everyone is different. I like to eat more food and put out more output, versus eating less food.
