hip flexibility?

For some reason, the last 6 weeks or so my flexibility has really suffered. It's most notable in the squat, but it's affecting my bench as well. I can still get down when unloaded or really light, but as soon as I get some weight on the bar, my soas tighten up and I can't get all the way down. i'm maybe parrallel, but no further. I'm also weaker.
 
i am real tight in my hips, and what helped me was starting to use the reverse hyper. my squat and bench both improved. maybe somebody can add too all of this, but you said just with weight???? :confused:
