It's pretty hard to do if you inject where there is meat. Are you really thin? IF you are, then like phreezer said, you don't want to juice, but my guess is you are just trying to cover all bases where you don't know about things, right?
I don't know why so many guys use 1 or 1.5 in needles, those things are just huge. But whatever floats your boat.
I like 25gauge 5/8 needles. Small, you hardly feel them, deep enough to get past any veins, not long enough to get anywhere near an artery.
The only caveat is, you should take more time to inject, cause at 25 gauge, the hydrolic effect comes into play. If you push really fast, you cause tissue damage. It's like a fire hose destroying cells.
But I take 30 seconds to a minute to inject, and I'm using oil based stuff, so it's pretty slow naturally too.
But if you haven't lifted much, don't do juice. It's a waste and even damaging.
