WP_20140811_003.jpg WP_20140811_003.jpg I'm old compared to most of you in this forum and I've been lurking for a couple of months learning as I have no AAS experience.

I really like this site and want to contribute and about the only way I can figure is through the training forum as I do have over thirty years of continuous training experience to draw from and have been asked several thousand times over the years what I'm "on" which I always take as a compliment.

Due to working a lot of hours, family, etc. I work out at home and I'm attaching several pics of my basement setup here. Virtually everything came from buying and selling on Craigslist over an 18 month period. A lot of hours were spent putting it together through looking at CL many times a day, buying and picking up items, listing and reselling things to constantly upgrade my setup. etc. After everything was said and done in actual dollars I'm ahead of the game but that doesn't include any value for time spent putting it together.

Looks great man. My garage looks somewhat similar. Lifting at home is the shit. Don't mind going to the gym every once in a while though. Love me some fit women.

Thanks Colt. I here you on the gym. Many years ago I worked out at a big gym in the morning when it was just me and the house wives. It usually took me about 90 minutes to finish my 45 minute workout.

Yeah I sometimes eyeball myself in the mirror, then pause my music and ask myself how many sets I have left. Just for that gym-like feel. ;)

Nice set up. That leg press looks familiar. I worked out at a gym and thats what they had. good thing I worked out for free.

Love the rack your bench is sitting in. I don't know what i would do without mine. Actually, probably not much. Single best piece of gym equipment ever after a bar and plates.

I bought the leg press from an individual but it was clearly in a gym at one time as indicated by the permanent marker saying "leg press" on the side. That can only happen in a gym where some are so clueless they need a description of the machine to have any idea as to what it is!!

Thanks Devil Dog. I picked it up for $50 on Craigslist and had it before almost any of the other stuff. I have had about six other racks as my "second" rack since then all of which have cost a lot more and I haven't liked any of them as much as that one.

Very nice bro, that's a great set up. I train at home also, have done for many years. Have just been away for work and had the opportunity to train at a gym. Got to the front door, seen how busy it was around the machines and thought fuck that I don't wait for anybody to get in a set. I turned around, went for a walk and considered it my cardio day. Clearly I am anti social. Either that or the luxury of training alone is unbeatable ;)

Very welcome addition to the forum...

Just made me decide to go the home gym route...

I have a lot of commitments with business, family life etc and miss a lot of training sessions due to not being able to get to the gym half the time. Will start having a look for some gear now, I was planning on a home setup a long time ago but couldn't get the exact stuff I wanted I'm a fussy fucker and wanted rubber coated pro style dumbells all matching complete set lol will settle for whatever I can get and upgrade as I go. Cheers for putting it back into my head dude
