Hello, I would like to introduce myself as HometownPowder. I have read your source C.O.C. and will address that first.

I do not see the need for pictures of my operation. I do not manufacture anything and therefore have zero risk of infection or other problems that people would need pictures for.

I do use encryption (mailvelope). I would recommend it to anyone. It is easy to use and free. I would be glad to help anyone set up and use it.

I have no reps. I will answer all questions, pms, and emails.

I have not sent any person on any board free samples yet.

This will be my only board unless it is needed for complete lack of business. I plan on providing a small but reliable service. I will only take orders on products that are in stock at the time of accepting the order. If product runs out of stock, I will make an update and let everyone know. I will not take pre-order money or take money with items knowingly out of stock. I do not plan on striking it rich doing this, so security and longevity are of the utmost importance. Payments will be through western union and will be under $300 per payment. Turn around will be under 7 days unless noted before payment. Turn around will be under seven days. Turn around time begins once money is picked up.
I will allow the board to vote on who can receive a sample (max 5). I will give the sample to anyone who can provide a legitimate review. To me a legitimate review is a person who will perform a test or review that can be trusted (labmax, melting point, or enough powder experience to know how powders should smell, mix, and look). To those wanting to test I will provide enough sample to make a test and then have some for themselves if they would like. It is fair to me to offer them a return for their time and money involved for the labmax or mpt. I do not want bumps saying how great it is or how I am a great guy. Just an honest review of the entire service and what you discovered from your test or observation. From there, business should speak for itself. This is a virgin company and not associated with any other lab/service past or present. I would think it is obvious that I have been around the community for some time by the way I am approaching the opening of my business here. I will not ask my old associated for references and will only rely on feedback here from legitimate members for my thread.

Sorry that I have not finished my communication tonight. I simply could not get to it. The holiday mixed with work and the work that took me away has stolen all my time.

I want to know if you members would be open to me using a rep? As my internet business has expanded, my real life work has exploded. If approved, the rep would handle all general questions and concerns. I would run two separate email accounts. One for orders and one for questions. I would be the only one to handle orders and personal information. That would free me up to stay on top of business no matter the situation. I could advise the rep as necessary on thread topics and general questions. I hope that you guys feel free to continue to pm and email questions. Because of the fact the I am the only one who handles everything, the business is getting delayed. The customer service and communication that I have been having is important to me. I want to be able to keep open lines and ALWAYS be checking in to the board. I just cannot do all of it myself. Please let me know your thoughts.

Unless the rep is going to handle the raws, help you pack and ship, and also answer the emails and questions I don't see this being really useful to your operation or to us here.

As we saw with FML (MFL; and I'm not saying you'd let your operation go that direction) reps are pretty much useless if things get bad and people starting needing answers.

Because you (I think) would do all the gear testing/shipping/etc. it would be just as easy for you to come on here and say all packs are shipped, or MS on the Var was at XXX%.
Otherwise it adds another layer that we'd have to go through to get answers and I'd rather hear it from you than second hand from some "rep."

Thats my .02, but again I don't know what your operation is like, how you'd use the rep or the volume of non-order email you get. If they conduct themselves as you do I would not object to a rep though.

Gents, I will attempt to answer all thread question here in this post. If I missed your question, please repost and I will address it.

The var is supposed to be on the way and I am waiting for an update same as you guys.
The other products should be here 2-3 weeks after. Currently, the new products are going to be drol, tbol, and tren a. When it is time for another order, I will update everyone and let you guys vote on what would be the next item you want added.

If I do choose to use a rep, you can rest assured that he will be only answering general questions. I will keep an eye on the board still, but will only be in the shadows unless needed. The reason for the rep would be overwhelming amounts of questions that do not deal directly with orders (examples: how do I pay, what is stock, how fast is t/a, is there minimums, etc). Today I had 34 new PM's and emails concerning these types of questions. That does not include orders and information requests regarding real orders. I have no problem answering these questions and want you guys to keep emailing all you need to. My only concern is that I do not always have the time to get all of the communication done. The rep would only be there to put out basic information. If there was ever any type of real problem, you could rest assured that I would see it and address it immediately. I am NOT above anything that concerns my business. I just want to make sure that all questions, pms, emails, orders, etc are always dealt with in a timely manner. That has become harder as a one man operation because the business continues to grow. Let me know your guys' thoughts on that.
