Capped my first 100 @20mgs. It was my first time doing so, instead of using filler I have a mg scale and only put the Var in each one. With the caps having a clear side it looks kinda cool.
It took a while but it was worth it, as I am confident I have exactly 20mgs per cap.
Of course as soon as I got them done I had to eat a few (60mgs) and today at the gym I had such a bad pump in my chest and forearms, I had trouble finishing my last sets! Not to mention a few calve cramps that I haven't had since the last time I ran Var.
