I've been looking forward to this for a while! A lot of you guys know how much I love the community and my struggles earlier this year. I waited until my life seemed to have stabilized enough and I've got enough clean time to consider running a cycle.

History
I grew up as a fat kid, ballooned up to as heavy as 260lb that I can remember. I got down to around 200lb and fluctuated between 190-220lb for years. I've struggled with drugs, opiates specifically, since I was 16 and went to prison at 22. That's where I learned lifting and it's really changed my life. All the maturity and discipline I never have I am now developing through lifting. I don't wanna make it all sappy but I can answer any questions.
My first cycle was Oct 2018 to NYE and was:
500mg Test E Weeks 1-10
500mg Test P Weeks 11-12
75mg Anavar Weeks 9-12
I used adex sparingly and felt like I didn't really need it. I had gotten bulky (but fat as hell) in jail and did most of this cycle to cut and regretted not cutting more before beginning. Still I learned a lot and got good results and kept lots of my gains.
THE PLAN
Test400 weeks 1-14 400mg per week
Test prop weeks 1-3 250mg (tapered down) per week
EQ weeks 1-13 600mg per week
Test prop weeks 14-16 350mg per week
AI: Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Last time I did adex 1mg total a week. I still have adex on hand.
I have 30 25mg Dbol and 60 25mg Tbol. I don't know how Dbol affects me so I didn't want to commit to a full dbol oral component. I've actually read a lot of good things about combining the two for lean gains without the estrogen fluctuations and bloat of 50mg+ of dbol.
I have a tendon injury that hasn't fully healed going on 5 months now. I finally gave up and sourced some BPC and TB from MaximPeptides. I'm doing the standard 2 week cycle of that and hoping for the best.
I'm giving myself the first 3 weeks of the cycle to attempt to get my shoulder all the way working. This means I'm going light on all push movements, doing exercises the sports doctor taught me, BPC, CJC 1295 w/ GHRP 2. I'm really hoping by the time the 3 weeks are up I'll be able to bench to my fullest again.
Because of this I've been going heavy on the cardio and only eating around 3k calories. I've been lifting weights for around 60-90 minutes a day followed by 1-2 hours of cardio. I'm still really cutting up and I can see differences in my body every few days.
I would like input on how the orals should be used. Should I save them for the end to push through the plateau? or use them weeks 3-7 since the EQ won't be fully kicking by week 3?
THE DIET
I've been doing a recomp/cut so I eat around 2500-3000 calories. 500 calorie meals, 6 on days where I really have pushed myself.
I eat the same meals usually but I tend to do 2 different macro break downs:
Regular Carb 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat
Low Carb 60% protein 0-10% carb, 30-40% fat
I was doing carb cycling but I work out so much now I feel like I need some carbs still. I focus all my carb meals around working out.
Protein Sources: Eggs, Tillapia, Salmon, Chicken, Ground Turkey, Ground Beef, Whey, Brown Rice Protein, powdered Peanut Butter
Carb Sources: Oatmeal, Rice, Fruits
Fats: Real Butter, peanut butter, fatty meats and fish
My phone screen is broken so I haven't been logging food, but I usually do. I plan on doing a more comprehensive write up.
I also bought an instant pot, looking at a george foreman, and I already have a gas grill and electric smoker. I love to cook and have plenty of time to on tether.
Goals and Stats
6' and 192lbs right now.
For the first 3 weeks while my shoulder is finishing healing I'd like to trim down hard. The cardio has been upped and I've really cut back on the eating. Ideally I'd like to get down to around 185lb then lean bulk up to a bit over 200.
I also plan on getting a few training sessions with an older dude around here that has won some serious competitions.
I just got my grades today... 3.4GPA! I was fuckin' homeless a year ago. I have a week off school then I'm back at it for summer semester. I wanna do even better this time so I'm going to put in little updates about school too.
I should be going back to work with my family the same week as summer semester starting. My goal is to move out in July.
