Alright guys. I'm back on the sauce. RECOMP = lose BF/gain muscle. How hard can it be?

Private lab

Week 1-3
Tren a 50mg ed
Test prop 40mg 3x week

Week 2-13
Tren e 400ng/week
Deca 300mg/week
Test prop 100/wk
13-16/17
Idk yet maybe Tbol and prop?

Pct: will be intense. Prob Scally's protocol

Diet: I NEED HELP. I'm thinking eat at maintenance ? Or slightly slightly below. High protein, carbs under 200g/day. Anybody good with nutrition pls help

Training: right now :)

Monday - deadlifts/shrugs
Tues- OHP/decline press/lateral raise
Wed- pull down variation
Row variation
Thursday- squats and hamstring curls
Friday- pec fly, rdf, bis and tris
Saturday- calves and abs
Sunday off

I got push frequency and back frequency and leg frequency

Any input and support is appreciated!

5'9 205 atm prob 15% bf
Goal above 200 @ 11-12% bf
 
I just came off of recomp. I did it on trt tho. I started at 3k cals and tapered down to 2.7k. High protein 250-270g. I more or less added muscle and lost fat. Since your on some fantastic gear shouldnt be a problem at all. Take all your carbs b4 noon. And eat leafy greens with your animal protein after noon. Salads, broccoli, green beans shit like that.

Edit: holy shit. Put 3cc tren e in left cheek and 3cc deca in right cheek... Quickly made it's way into top 5 worst experiences of my life. Tom will be worse

Any reason for keeping test at 10g/wk after going to deca and tren e?

As for diet I'd say either do a few days over maintenance and a few under like calorie cycling, do a few weeks of bulking followed by a few of cutting, or most of the cycle bulking and a more extreme but shorter cut towards the end.

Not sure what your TDEE is but as for macros:

I'd aim for about 250-300g of protein, at least 60-70g of dietary fat, and whatever remaining cals for carbs. If you prefer you can try something with lower carbs and higher fats but it's your call.

I like what doc said about diet. You can also go in ketosis or carb cycle. Ive beeing doing the keto diet for like 2 weeks and dropping bf nicely. When I get to a point I like Ill start carb cycling. Should be a sick cycle, Ill think youll recomp nicely if you stick to a good diet.
 
Get after it brotha! Looks like a solid run. I'm still trying to work the kinks out of my diet as well so I am no help on that aspect of it. I know that gear is good so you should be able to get to where you wanna be.

Hey thanks! Saw where u will be starting tren deca as well. Was really trying to get away without an AI, but I think with the addition of deca I will need it.

TDEE is around 2800... Now if I carb cycled like @Ozzy619 mentioned and did 3 low 1 high - how low are my low days?

And can I eat slightly under on my lows and then above on my highs? If you don't think that's the best approach for recomp I'll either calorie cycle or bulk cut/ 2 on 2off type deal

P.S. Back when I Carb Cycled I did low days in between 25-50g and it worked very well for me. Listen to your body though, some guys don't do well going so low on the Carbs.. My highs were 300g tops, but all complex carbs mostly:rolleyes:

It depends on how aggressively you want to cut. Ill give you two examples.

Example 1: Repeat Sequence
Day 1: No carb (25g or less from veggies)
Day 2: Low carb (75g clean carbs with starchy veggies post wo)
Day 3: High carb(300g tops mainly clean carbs but can cheat a little)
Day 4: No carb
Day 5: No carb
Day 6: Low carb
Day 7: High carb

Example 2: All clean carbs, repeat sequence
Day 1 150g
Day 2 100g
Day 3 50g
Day 4 125g
Day 5 200g

I prefer Ketosis or modified Ketosis. the AI is needed for Test, not for Tren and Deca. IMHO

Most prob wouldn't need an AI but e2 sends my BP way up, and I gotta tittie lump lol. I will avoid the AI if I can

Yes sir, currently on wk 6 or so of low dose deca and on wk 2 of tren a and e. I aromatize slightly more than your average person if I had to hazard a guess so I'm not going to chance it without an AI but I will get blood work to verify actual numbers.

If you carb cycle I'd keep your low days anywhere between 0-50g or so. Going higher you may have to start reducing calories from fats, you wouldn't want to take too much protein out during a cut, to keep calories the same and you tend to defeat the purpose of carb cycling to begin with.

Sure you can do that in regards to high and low days. I think the most important aspect of recomping, like nutrition in general, is your macros and calories matching up to your goals as well as consistency. The actual method you use to get there or the timing is much less important. So do whichever method allows you the greatest consistency. If for example, you knew a different approach was more optimal but it went against your lifestyle or preferences and you couldn't remain consistent with it....is that different approach really more optimal in the end? So you can get either of those methods to work, the best one FOR YOU is the one that takes less effort for you to remain on top of your game.

Your right man. I'm just gonna keep it simple. It's a long cycle so time to change if I want. I'm gonna up protein, lower carbs, and stay just under my tdee for the time being. Thx for the input foreal. Will work on my macros

Keeping AI on hand. No prog/ prolactin control tho... Hopefully I won't need it. Have winstrol, was thinking I could use low dose as anti-progestin but real info seems conflicting
