Honestly I've never even started. I'm confident I'm stronger than your wife tho lol

I'll prob wait til I come off cycle and have 3 or 4 off days during the week where I can work on them. The only thing that will limit me is a shoulder that is literally waiting to fully dislocate. Not if but when :(

Haha yea no comparison I'm sure, oly lifts just require form and mobility before ya add weight. Shoulder issues will hinder that...
I had a labral repair last year, shit still bothers me. You getting surgery?

When I have a chance. I will. Honestly only thing that's totally out is BB bench. Weighted dips are g2g. Recently I've OHP 135x5 and didn't feel terrible. Bodybuilding is fine but moving heavy shit is out for time being.

Yea as far as strength and mobility I've recovered pretty well, but it still bothers me. About once a month it'll hurt bad enough to where I have to cut my workout short and let my shoulders rest for a couple extra days. And that's usually from going heavy on BB bench...

Just b careful bub, not worth another surgery. I stay on top of my rotator cuff work as well. Helps alot

Fuck guys. Hamstring strain really fuckin me up. Couldn't even do box squats at parallel without pain up next to my ass...

Deads are somewhat doable

I hate it but I'm gonna move to isolation machines for thighs, and due high resistance cardio for lower body..

Gonna see a chiropractor this week or nxt. Had problems my whole athletic career with my lower right extremety. Gotta be a postural issue... I've always been an athelete and performed at a fairly high level for awhile, never had any DEBILITATING issues, just constant tightness, malfunction, lil strains etc

Any words of encouragement and hope would be greatly appreciated. Kinda down atm
 
Hey Man,
I hate it when I have hamstring issues. I usually rest it for a couple days and ice it during those days and massage helps a lot.... Especially after sex;) So the GF has some homework.... Usually (as long as it isn't torn) you should bounce back in 3-4 days no problem...
Keep your head up, this will pass.... just don't push it too much..
