Haha yea no comparison I'm sure, oly lifts just require form and mobility before ya add weight. Shoulder issues will hinder that...Honestly I've never even started. I'm confident I'm stronger than your wife tho lol

Yea as far as strength and mobility I've recovered pretty well, but it still bothers me. About once a month it'll hurt bad enough to where I have to cut my workout short and let my shoulders rest for a couple extra days. And that's usually from going heavy on BB bench...When I have a chance. I will. Honestly only thing that's totally out is BB bench. Weighted dips are g2g. Recently I've OHP 135x5 and didn't feel terrible. Bodybuilding is fine but moving heavy shit is out for time being.
