How accurate is the standard (clia) testing method for e2?

I know that the sensitive testing method is prefered, but I live in a place where there aren’t many labs, and the one I go to doesn’t offer the sensitive testing method.

My e2 was 25 when I did a blood test pre cycle, test was 650. So seemed pretty accurate.

I had both tests done at the same time just out of curiosity. The non-sensitive test had me in range for an adult female (albeit the very low end of the scale) while the sensitive test showed that it was a more pressing issue (well below range.)

ECLIA is better suited for women who have higher estradiol concentrations. A man could take that test and have 36, but take the sensitive and have a 10. Things like CRP cause interference on the ECLIA and provide inaccurate results.,

Eclia is fine unless you use trenbolone. With eclia just aim towards the top of the range (or slightly above). If you're too low on eclia chances you'll be very low on sensitive are higher.

As the user above showed the difference in the E2 tests was very little. And at least some of that could be attributed to lab error. The ultra sensitive test is usually better when E2 levels are very low and a very accurate number may be wanted. I have generally used the standard test unless i am taking drugs that can influence the numbers. for the last 20+ years. A few points one way or another is no big deal for me.
