I sit on my butt almost all day long (no job) or just lay on my bed watching TV, but in the gym:
Mon, Wed, Fri - 40-50 minutes heavy weight lifting + 20-30 minutes mid-intensity cardio.
Tue, Thu, Sat - HIIT for as long as possible (7 minutes tops for now, just started doing it) + 40 minutes mid-intensity cardio.
Is this sedentary, lightly active, moderately active, or very active life style? How many calories am I burning with such a life style? I'm 6'0 ft tall, 29 year old male, 18-20% body fat, 194lbs, Total T @ 1255, Free T @ 26, E2 @ 26.
FYI, people are telling me 1500 calorie diet is really bad for me and I should stay closer to 1800 if not 2000, but I am not losing weight with a 2000 calorie diet...
