How can I make my bones thicker?

Sup meso! Does anyone know how I can grow my bones and make them thicker? I don’t mean my interior bone density I mean the the over all size of bones. I have very little bones for someone who is 24. What type is something I can use or do to make them bigger?

Hgh long term

Calcium, vitamin d3, vitamin k2, testosterone, GH, and very importantly resistance training. Stressing bones with weight stimulates bone formation.

Before looking in to drugs first and most important check list:

1. Diet that's optimally balanced with calories, protein, vitamins and minerals.
2. Training (gym or bodyweight).
3. Supplements vitamin D, magnesium, calcium (if not consuming enough dairy), zinc, vitamin C, vitamin K.

Bonus:
Creatine and fish oil.

Long periods of weight lifting will do this won’t it?

OP. A tiny frame with tons of muscle looks even bigger. Just keep growing

His question is already answered. If there is no problem (osteoporosis or such medical condition - which is beyond what meso can offer help/advice) then this person needs to work harder in the gym and then supplement with balanced diet to get his results. Yet, people recommend hgh and other drugs.

Idk what people are smoking here but nothing can make your bones significantly thicker or longer once you have stopped growing otherwise all the HGH and AAS abusing guys would be hulks after 10-15 years...

some people get thicker fingers from manual labor, but others do not so genetics again determines everithing, if you are born with thin flimsy bones you will die like that.
ofcourse bodybuilding is going to create the illusion of thicker everything but the bones are what they are...

Your wrong dude, actually bones is in permanente state of change.

Around 10% of your bones regenerate every year in a Weaker or better form depending on your diet & lifestyle .

And people with acromegaly no matter their age, have drastic bone change,

So yes its possible

My bones have grown, and I'm talking about way before using any hgh. When I was in my early 20s I could touch fingers together when I wrapped my hand around the thinnest part of my ankles (made my calves look huge). My fingers would overlap about 1/2" when I did this to my wrists.
Now my fingers are no where close to being able to touch around my ankles. And I'm about 1/2" away from having fingers touch around my wrists.
But then again men can keep growing at least up til 25 years of age. My bone density seems to have grown consistently all they way into my 30s. I was a mechanic so hands where always growing. Crazy how many muscles you have in your hands and feet.

yeah they are able to get denser and stroger just not thicker! Op was asking about increasing visible size never gonna happen even acromegally bone diameter is limited, lenght is increased substantially that is why people suffering from this struggle to even walk at some point in their life , think about it, if the bones would grow in thickness and lenght these people would look like fkin neanderthals.... but they do not, they look more like giraffes...

seriosly dude? mesuring with your hand?? wtf....you do realise that hands actually are covered in muscles that actually do grow if stimulated and still you say that....
and besides that, your wrists and ankles might indeed be thicker but you know what covers those areas? tendons and lots of them and tendons do have the ability to get slighty thicker in the presence of hgh and heavy lifting unlike bones...
