How did the myth start that Primobolan was an AI?

not the most powerful, and most importantly: not in everyone. did you not read ANY of the replies you got? sampei and spiff both said that it was especially inhibitory FOR THEM.

A quick question for you. Completely disconnected from this thread: How would you feel if you had not eaten breakfast today?

If this effect of Primobolan being an incredibly powerful aromatase inhibitor is so rare that no one noticed on this forum for 23 years, what the fuck is the point of talking about it?

If anyone wants to track their f(ree)E2 while testing the hypothesis that metenolone is an AI. This test will decouple any SHBG artifact (i.e., SHBG reduction on higher androgen load) from the E2 measurement when adding the metenolone. Even if not harmonized by CDC Host initiative, this assay will give you relative comparisons.

Equilibrium dialysis on fE2 just like fT. LCMS on the Total E2. Pull the other estrogens as well?

So you could do your own crossover trial adding in the metenolone.

Ideally keeping the Test dose constant, yes? Measure free estradiol in serum before and after.

Too complicated to do labs before and after adding primo

I'll happily do this next year.

Thank you for sharing.

Maybe you have a theory as to why this hypothesis was absent from Meso from 1999 to 2022?

Why does it matter, at all. No one talked about EQ and its ability to lower estrogen either. But it does. My most recent bloodwork had my e2 at 7. SEVEN from running 1:1 test/eq.

What is your point? Are you saying it ISNT doing these things? We are making it up? The vials have adex in them instead of primo?

I know that it was one of the first steroids developed by Ciba in the 1940s and was discarded because it aromatizes. But I have never run it, so I don't have any personal experience. Given that it aromatizes, I don't really see how that could be a factor in your most recent blood work.

I don't believe anyone here is intentionally making anything up. Crowds often can do things that in hindsight make no sense. We have this German guy here whose uncle used Primo in the 1980s. His great uncle died in Stalingrad. A whole country thought that it was possible to invade the vastness of the Soviet Union and succeed, despite having to use horses for all logistics - no different than Napoleon. A whole country gripped by madness.

People in crowds believe insane things.

It's a phenomenon that was the topic of one of the earliest popular books

And the internet does seem to enhance this behavioral tendency. The examples are too many to list, but I suppose I could in one of the sub-forums unrelated anabolic steroids.

What I do know is that so far, there has been no scientific evidence presented. No logical explanations have been presented.

Like most mass delusions - they are defended with hate and vitriol, of which there has been plenty here, not objective, verifiable facts. No deductive logic.

Are you lying to me right now? Who knows. Is contamination a concern? Sure. But looking at SpacemanSpiff's history that he shared with us, who knows what meds people are taking. I think poly pharmacy is much more common than it was 10 years ago.

Countless labs and proof that primo and EQ do indeed lower /crash estrogen.

My labs included. Never had worse panic attacks on EQ with crashed e2. Dbol and test prop saved me.
Some people genuinely don't believe in genetic variance in humans. Their E2 went up when using primo or EQ therefore those compounds don't lower E2 in anyone. That's as far as some peoples brains go. You hear the same shit with hair loss obsessives. "My dick works and I take fin therefore it has no side effects and everyone who has sides is lying."

yeah it’s crazy. Everyone is different. Guess it’s a myth tho lol

It does aromatise? Or does it convert to e1? Or does it interact and deactivate the aromatase enzyme due to the double bond on carbon 1-2? I dont know. But thats what guerilla chemist said recently.

Yes, I am sure because I have been using steroids for 20 years. Primobolan was simply not available reliably until about that time. This is something Bill Roberts also talks about in the article that I cited, which everyone here apparently is too lazy to read.
And how do you yourself separate what you could find from your circles/sources vs what the world could get? Because bodybuilders across numerous decades have been using primobolan. Decaces and decades. My dad did (he is almost 70 now). The bodybuilders in the first bodybuilding gym I went to in 2004-2005 did.
