I have done a few ph/ps cycles over the past couple of years. with weak at best pct otc supplements such as oxo etc...
As a preventitive measure against gyno, i wanted to know, how much Nolvadex should I use(in terms of milligrams), and for how long, I just finished of cutting cycle using ph/ps and still look soft around the lower outter pec area. I am 6ft 208.
thanx

Is it PCT for a PH cycle? How long was your cycle and what was it?

I usually run Nolva at 40mg for the first 2 weeks then 20mg the next 2 weeks.

Methyl 19 norandro 6mg wks 5,6
12mgwks 7,8

8wks total cycle length every thing was oral

I don't think with the 1,4 andro you'd need Nolva but I'm not sure about the Methyl 5 andro. I'd run the doses I mentioned above for 4 weeks.

I would be suprised to hear you needed NOLVA for that cycle.

Like I said, I don't know anything about the Methyl 5 Andro. I know the 1,4 andro shouldn't be supressive but I don't know if Methyl 5 Andro is?

The reason i was considering using Nolva at this time is not b/c i have full blown gyno , no itch, no tenderness, but rather, i have been using andro supplements since mark mcguire started this whole thing how many years ago.
The reason i am slightly concerned is that i was worried that the multiple cycles of andro over the years could lead to a mild case of gyno. I have leaned out considerably this year, and still feel soft around the nipple area, I was hoping that using some nolva would help flatten out my outer lower pec area. even if i don't have gyno, would the nolva help. Any comments welcomed.

If you already have gyno then Nolva won't get rid of the breast tissue that has formed. If you are now first experiencing the symptions of gyno then Nolva will definetly help.

If you have soft tissue and have had it for close to a year then I think the only way to remove it is to have surgery. I've heard of a lot of people saying they "got rid of their gyno" with Nolvadex or something else but I haven't seen any proof of removing breast tissue besides surgery.
