how do you eat

just wondering. if your on a sust/deca cycle, do yall try and eat a lot but clean, or do you eat whatevers in front of you. reason i'm asking is i got into a conversation with someone bout that and their opinion was that you eat a lot of everything. I prefer to eat as clean as possible, lots of chicken, fish, lean meats, and low glycemic carbs as well as a ton of shakes. he seems to think that he can eat whatever he wants.
just wanted to know everyone elses thoughts.
 
well, some people are *really* lucky and can eat whatever they want and not get fat. other people, like me, have metabolisms that SUCK. so it all depends on that. BUT, you still gotta be getting that protein in. and no, eating a lot pizza, oreos, and chips ahoy will not get you a whole lot of muscle growth.

so, in your case, if you're already eatin clean, stick with it. it's hard work, but worth it in the end.
 
I agree, one of my friends is lucky and can eat pizza five times a week all year, on or off cycle and never get over 6%. However, most people I know, get much much better results off of a clean diet. Only those random genetic freaks do well on crap diets.

i know that your question does not directly relate to the following comments but they are a nice segue to my .02usd on cals, food, eating......

if u want to get big u have to eat big....no ifs ands or buts....
of course what is the definition of clean....my definition of clean is avoiding sugars (except from fruit) and fried fats.....anything else is basically fair game....including pizza.....the body must have spare cals to synthesize muscle and must have all 3 macronutrients in abundance.....see john berardi's massive eating articles on t-mag.com which develops the importance of eating big in building muscle.....

if your goal is to keep low bf% then i can not help but keeping low cals will hinder muscle formation....(been there done that)
