How do you kickstart your day?

For me, It's always a 5 mile bike ride as soon as I wake up and have a coffee followed by a cold shower at the end of the ride.
The endorphin release is huge starting my day off like this and it puts me in a state of "positive mental attitude" due to the hormone release and the feeling that I've achieved something..

What about you? How do you start your day?

-Wake up around noon
-Fuck the gym twink who’s still in my bed from the night before
-tell him to leave and call him a fag
-shit
-shower
-put medication on the rash on my dick
-pin
-two scoops pwo
-go to planet fitness, park in the handicapped and pin TNE in the locker room
-load up a 6 plate deadlift and drop it from the hip
-yell “YEAH BUDDY”
-moonwalk out and rip up the parking ticket on my car
-go home and have 6 scoops
-shower
-go to work

I get up around whenever
I used to get up on time
But that old man he's a real muthafucker
Gonna kick him on down the line

I've been dancin' with
Mr. Brownstone
He's been knockin'
He won't leave me alone.

That and 2 cups of black coffee, lately with oatmeal mixed in ground pistachios and a side of scrambled eggs...3 whole, 3 whites. If that doesn't fill me up I'll have a bit of cottage cheese mixed with natural PB too.

Usually gets me off to a good start of the day for me.

My day begins with a light jog through the forest, if I run with a dog, then 5 km, if not, then 10 km. Then a contrast shower and always a cup of good tea and hot milk. And I am ready to work and move full of energy.

Guys, but no one noticed that getting up at 5-6 in the morning is easier and you are more cheerful as a result than at 8-9 o'clock, or is it just me? I love to watch the sun rise and nature wake up from a night's sleep.

That depends on the time of year bro. Getting up early in spring/summer is great when the weather's mild and it's daylight but it sucks ass getting up early in winter when it's pitch black and cold.

Perhaps I often hear this from my wife. But I like winter and cold more, summer is too hot for me. But the presence of the sun certainly simplifies the task and makes the mood better, you're right.

I'm an autum and spring type of guy. I hate really hot summer weather and also hate the winter cold ;)

Mild/Warm temps with a fresh breeze and long hours of daylight FTW

-moonwalk into my office
-slap the bbw receptionists ass
-pull out my gear box from my filing cabinet
-pin tren no ester
-put in a fat lip of skoal long cut
-call a sex line
-drop a thick load into my extra pair of dress socks
-pay personal bills
-eat a whole rotisserie chicken for lunch
-fill the break room fridge with 8 gallons of whole milk
-call starting strength radio
-take a nap
-spend the last 10min of work working
-fiddle with the time card machine so it looks like I left 2 hours over time
-moonwalk back to my truck I left idling in the parking lot
-fill it with high sulfur off-road diesel fuel
-go home and fuck the gym twink again

A great option for warm autumn and sunny spring. When there is no more rain and cold.

Of the entire list, I like grilled chicken for lunch the most.

I've started trying to follow Stan Efferdings vertical diet and peak performance guidelines. Optimizing sleep and diet. Taking a 10 minute brisk walk 3x a day after my main meals. It seems to work well so far, although I wish beef was cheaper. I'm having to get beef joints and cut them into steaks to save money, but I love beef.

I've started making sure I get up at 6-7 am every day, even on weekends and holidays now so I can improve my sleep health.
