How do YOU run your steroid cycles for Powerlifting?

I was most surprised by Eq...I guess that would be more for the endurance properties?
Then someone said no tren/no deca - that caught me off guard too.
I'm not a powerlifter, but I would like to jump into the world next year.

I'm the weirdo that throws in EQ. Lol. The reason I do it is mainly for added endurance/recovery, slight strength increase, and to offset the effects of testosterone on connective tissue. I read somewhere it was almost as good for the joints as deca but it keeps me really dry so I've been running it instead.

A lot of the guys that don't post anymore ran EQ, too. I always wondered about it, but stay away because of the potential anxiety sides.
 
Lots of guys used to run eq, for joints. Certain gym in Ohio was famous for this, with some staying on for years. Ive used it for bulks because the hunger increase. Not sure if it really did anything for joints.

I've read about the collagen synthesis benefits of it and hunger. So many guys get the intense anxiety and takes so long to clear your system it's kept me away. I'm prone to anxiety, although I feel completely fine mentally on tren ace at 700mg a week.

Ive never ran it over 350/wk but I was on other stuff too. No anxiety at that dose.
 
At 600 mg/week EQ gave me a feeling of slight anxiety (similar to drinking too much coffee). It wasn’t bad and was a good cycle but running it 16 weeks you can’t wait to STOP. Too much of a grind going hard that long.

I just looked up bold ace and bold prop, it's apparently a thing. I'm not sure I've ever heard either mentioned anywhere though. I think I've heard bold cyp is painful, I imagine those might be pretty bad.
 
I’ve tried to stay as minimal as possible while at the same time maximizing results with strength. I’ve tried not to put on too much weight so as to remain athletic and mobile, but the old saying “it takes weight to move weight” holds true.
My typical go-to cycle has become this:
Test ISO @500mg/wk
Tren HEX @300mg/wk
Proviron @40mg/day split 12 hrs apart
Aromasin @12.5mg EOD or ED without the Proviron
Have also experimented with Turinabol @100mg ED in the past and liked the results, but I prefer Proviron if I’m adding an oral to the cycle
I have taken advice of more experienced guys as I’ve gotten older and I definitely try to stay under 1 gram of total AAS per week

900 test C. sometimes I add Test no ester preworkout if I want to go real hard. I also add anadrol in if I'm trying to lose a few pounds and maintain strength levels. Halo for week leading up to meet and 30mg pre meet and another halfway through.
 
So generally speaking, it seems as if most you guys like Test, Mast, Anavar or Anadrol? Is that mostly due to significant strength gains with minimal weight gain and trying to.make weight for your meets?

I'm looking for just some general knowledge on PLing style workout for your week. (What lifts on what days, percentages of Max vs reps, how often you attempt PRs, how often you're actually doing 90% of your max for 2-3 reps)
I don't need anything too crazy because I've been watching/learning for sometime and have a general knowledge. Just looking for a few more pointers if anyone wants to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have test cyp 1 vial (Praetorian), deca 1 vial (Praetorian) Anadrol 60 x 50mgw(Praetorian), a blend with Anadrol, MethylTrenlione, MethylTest, and Halo 120 ct. (Praetorian) it for heavy days, a test blend with test e, test p, mast p, and tren a on it, mast k ( 2 vials), and Cialis 60ct. (Praetorian) , Deca 1 vial(Praetorian)
Test Cyp (ZPHC)2 vials, Mast Prop 4 vials (ZPHC) 200 Anavar (ZPHC) Winstrol in water (ZPHC)

Any suggestions on a PLing style stack?!?

My training usually looks like this:

Tuesday
Main squat
Secondary deadlift
Secondary squat

Thursday
Main bench
Secondary squat
Secondary bench

Saturday
Main deadlift
Secondary bench
Secondary deadlift

Sunday
Accessories, mobility, cardio

Upper back every gym day, core twice a week, glutes twice a week, hamstring and adductors and abductors twice a week.

Sets and reps week to week I rotate volume (5x5), speed work (lots of light singles, doubles, or triples), and peak set days (doubles, triples, lighter AMRAPs). Three week waves never going heavy on more than one lift per week. Rep ranges for variations depends what they are. Accessories mostly higher reps like 10-20.

Percentages of max I usually go by RPE, but most work is around 75-85%. Rarely over 90% in off season. Attempt PRs as in 1RM maybe 2-3 a year, attempt rep PRs whenever possible.

As far as the gear I like Var because I get good strength gains and not much weight gain and no sides.

In my experience talking to most PL guys don’t fuck with Mast unless they are on a boat load of test and using like an AI or maybe trying to cut weight and keep strength up

Most routines are 3-4x a week, some of the more advanced guys or lighter weight lifters are doing 5-6x per week. Bulk of the work is done in the 70-90% range. 90% and above is typically saved for meet preps and maybe a testing/peaking period every 2-3 months. However there are some programs where maxing out is a pretty frequent thing but it’s typically done with variations of the main lifts like with Bulgarian training or Westside style program

I've run it with tren a couple times, couldn't really tell it added much. Actually I think it was you I was talking to about mast awhile back. I read on other forums it helped with aggression and strength, but I didn't notice it. I guess I need to run it with test alone sometime and see how it does.
