How do YOU run your steroid cycles for Powerlifting?

This my first time posting here in this section I'm glad to be welcomed here. Looking forward to engage in more threads regarding our sport!

So I have my AAS cycle planned out for my upcoming meet I have in mind later on this year. Plans been pushed back a bit due to all that is occurring right now but that completely fine just gives me more time to get healthier and work on the little things I may have been neglecting.

Give me y'alls thoughts and opinions on this I'm definitely open to suggestions that I can tweak to make this more better.


OFF SEASON 12 WK
1-12 TRT Test cyp: 175mg split dose x2 WK

MEET PREP BLAST 12WK
1-12 Test E- 500mg split dose x2 WK
1-12 Deca 400mg dosed with my test
8-12 Anavar 25mg: off days dosed in the morning, PWO on training days.

AI support if needed: aromisian 6.5mg go up as needed.
Supplements: liv52, NAC, fish oil, TUDCA, creatine, vit d3, iodine.
BPC-157 & TB-500, on hand incase any injuries occur during meet prep.

MEET DAY
*Morning of
ECA stack
500mcg GHRP-6(to combatt the blunt appetite)
*1-2 hours before squats
test suspension 100mg
20 mg halotestin

I've been competing since 2017, I have 3 meets under my belt so far. I compete in the 83 kg weight class and my preferred federation is USPA. Have not yet competed since I turned to the dark side, so I am exciting what numbers I can push this year with the help of the supplements.

Around mid 180's

Training in the offseasons is percentage based off my 1RM for the most part, once meet prep comes around I switch to auto regulating my training with RIR, and RPE. Philosophies and training I learn from is Kabuki Strength, dan green, and ed coan.

Every day split into two doses. I love Anavar, I always get great strength gains from it. I'm actually running 50mg right now, but may drop it since the gyms are closed and my home gym isn't the best right now.
Awesome, I'll definitely go with upping the var and consider with split dose during the day. Do you have any upcoming meets this year planned?

Good stuff. Welcome to the dark side too.

It helps with recovery the most. So you can up the frequency on your training. Just balance that with any elbow, shoulder and hip pain.

I also prefer shorter cycles before a meet, longer cycles in the off-season depending on how many meets you do each year. So it’s worth looking at NPP over Deca just because it kicks in a lot quicker. That’s purely a personal preference though.

Nothing picked out yet, but possibly towards the end of the year. I did one last October and went 7/9 and just a little shy of 1600lbs at 220lbs. I'd like to redeem myself on those two missed lifts and hit mid 1600's.

I prefer it. I respond really well to var strength wise with no sides like I'd get from drol and even dbol.

I'm staying with var due to the fact I'm going to be running deca already with test so adding dbol is already going to have my e2 way up with there. On top of that its going to be harder to stay in the water cutting range to make the cut for my weight class. But I have no idea which oral would produce more strength gains I would have to run both individually further down the road to compare the two.
 
Everyone responds a little differently to different orals. If making weight is a concern you might want to skip the deca. NPP or tren ace would put less water on you.

That's what I've been kinda of debating about is what injectable would be good to run along side of my test without putting too much water on me. Tren might be to harsh for my first blast i feel like since I barely got the taste of test so far, might just got with NPP here.
 
100mg of NPP every other day would be about right to replace 400mg of deca a week. That with var and test should be pretty effective.

Are you opposed to going up to 90kg? I wouldn't want to worry about making weight much first cycle.

Definitely not opposed, just told my buddy at the gym that I would do my next meet with him @83kg. But we'll see if it gets to out of hand with my weight I'll just go up a weight class, in the end I'm after the biggest total I can put up regardless of what weight class I end up in.

I’m running test and deca too currently and I’m 3 months out from the platform. Trying to stay in the 242 but I’m teetering 275 so I might run Anavar this go due to weight issues as well

The decoanate ester is a very long one and the long half life eats considerably at the actual amount of Nandrolone received.

Just thought I'd throw that out there, but definitely see your point Perrin.
 
I've done meets at 198lbs, 220lbs, and 242lbs. I've decided 220lbs is best for me. 242lbs requires too much eating and 198lbs makes my bench suck. I like sitting around 205-210lbs off season and then bulk to 220lbs for meets. That way I'm able to eat to grow and recover and not cut weight.

The math says it would take about 550-600mg (off the top of my head)Nandrolone Decoanate, being that we absorb somewhere around 90% of of the PhenylPropionate ester and only about 60% of the Decoanate ester.

I didn't realize the deca ester lost so much. I guess I was thinking more along the lines of cyp or enan.
