How is this for a bulk?

Aight i am 6'3, 240 lb. 20 years old. ok im not gonna lay out my diet becuause it takes too long but it is mainly lean beef, chicken, tuna, egg whites, protein shakes for protein. Oatmeal, pasta, brown rice, dextrose, for carbs. Fat is from walnuts and flax oil. I am mainly concerned about this ratio. Is this good for a bulk? here it is:

Protein/carbs/fat= 452/400/86

What do you think?
 
I would eat a little bit more fat than that. Are you only counting the fat from the nuts/flax, or all sources? Bob Smith is always good at answering these types of Q's.
