Im pretty new and im sure i just had to confirm my email address via the link to be able to post.

Once you got an account you can post. So basically immediately. I think there should be a minimum post count to be able to start a new thread. Guys are coming here just to plug a ugl for a discount and instead of going to said ugl's thread they start a new one
