How long between cycles?

Just finishing a Deca (300e/w) and Sust (250 every third day) cycle. I am going onto clomids 100mg e/d for two weeks then 50mg e/d for two weeks for PCT.

Just wanted to know how long I should leave it before the next cycle. I am not in a hurry to start again but want to know if here is a 'correct' amount of time to wait to minimise losses without causing physical side effects.

Also, I have heard people say that a low maintainance dose should be run even between cycles is this right or B/S?

Thanks for the info guys,

How ever long you where on stay off. Seems to
be what alot do. Also If you run a small dose
you'll never get your test levels back right.

Some folk Bridge,,But I've heard that Anavar
at Low dose's still mess with your test. That

Let some other guy's chime in on this and get there

Time on = Time off. More time off is better. Blood tests before your next cycle are also an important consideration.

bro Vegas is right - time on = time off minimum - I do not believe in bridging - simply because my body does better after it has cleaned out and healed up.

Good luck bro

I have always done time on=time off until before a year ago then I tried to bridge in between cycles and it worked for me to a point I belive. But I will go back to time on=time off

You really need to be huge to need to bridge in my opinion...The main point of bridgeing is keep from loseing muscle when a person has geared themselves to big for the body to handle...now i dont mean the minor losses when you finish up a cycle...Im talking about the point that no matter what you do you will slowly lose muscle when off of gear ...

for example say your 5',6'' and 300 at 5%...Off of gear I doubt someone can maintain that, and they would slowly lose till they were prob 230ish(just an example....so i pulled the numbers randomly in big extremes)

Umm...I agree with time on=time off (preferably not including pct as time off, which I'm neglecting to do this time). But the statement that a small dose will permanently lower test levels? How do you figure? I've heard that a like taking a small dose of test like say 200mg a week and nothing else might shut down your natural production and wouldn't be worth the gains cause you'd lose more afterward. Personally I'm not sure I agree w/this. My common sense leads me to belive that the more test you take the harder it shuts down your body. I've only done mild cycles so far and for example my nuts have never really shrunk much and I've kept the vast majority of my gains. I've always done pct w/clomid I should add. Oh and BTW I completely agree w/Power Rabbit about the bridging thing, basically only if your very advanced. I'd love to heard some feedback on if I'm right or not.

Check out MaxReps post on ,,,,,D-bol,,with Anavar thread.
I bumped it back to the top,,,maybe this with help.

Time on = Time off at least I take 4-8 months off and am only on for 2.5. Buff my nuts have not shrunk yet either and some may consider my cycles mild but I do not. I have gone up to 750-1000mg of test with dbol to kick start and deca. Hopefully they wont. I think when people say 200mg of test will shut you down is when they are taking it for long periods of time. 4 months-to all year.

Thanks for the input bros.
Seems like the general consensus is Time on = Time off and no bridging.
That sounds like good advice that I think I'll take.
I am not worried about dropping a little, in fact I expect to lose a bit of size and a bit of strength but I keep diet and training tight and hope that losses will be minimal.
As for the 300 lbs @ 5% that Power Rabbit was saying, Its BIGasMatt not FREAKYHUGEasMatt. LOL

I will be glad of the time off gear, I love being on it but it is always good to get natural and see how far I have improved from before pre-cycle to post-cycle.

Plus, more time to research my next cycle and get my test levels back to normal.
Thanks again,
BaM :D
