how long does semaglutide last after reconstituted?

I'm having a hard time finding an answer on how long generic semaglutide lasts after reconstitution. If kept in the fridge some say on reddit it can last 60 days no problem, but others reporting diminished effects. Anyone using have any personal experiences on this topic. I have searched but there is practically no discussions on this topic.

I have had viles last over a month without any issue when refrigerated and kept at a constant temperature. I would be comfortable with two months but I haven’t had a vile with that much peptide inside.
 
i want to preface this by saying that i am not 100% sure if this applies to Sema or Tirz for that matter. but below is a guide on peptides that seems to echo what you will find online from reputable sources. if anyone has any other data or guidelines, please chime in, because there does not seem to be an answer that everyone around here agrees on.

Id like to see references to studies backing up those claims... There are specific peptides that are destroyed if they are frozen AFTER reconstitution. In fact, I had always been taught that NO peptide is to be frozen after its reconstituted.

I also fail to understand the reasoning behind freezing (-18C) lyophilized peptides as they are already freeze dried... So, moisture has been removed.

naa plenty of peptides can be frozen reconstituted.

just because you don't understand doesn't mean its not true.. this should be a learning lesson for the rest of your life aswell. it only MAKES sense that freezing help preserve wether dry or not. tiny amounts of moisture can be found in peptides sometimes (esp when lack vac) or other solvents which can start degrading faster for example.

freeze thaw cycles is what really messes up peptides and basically everything for that matter.

i would too. i’ve read some compelling arguments that supported what i have always had success with. i toss mine in the fridge, constituted or not. while there are varying opinions regarding unconstituted peptide storage, everyone seems to be on the same page that constituted are never to be frozen.

i thought the graphic supported that as well by saying “if they absolutely must be frozen” then listing conditions that your average user can’t match.
 
I feel like we could crowd fund answers to these questions with some testing through janoshik, and put this to bed once and for all. He already did some experiments with hcg and hgh if I remember right

yes. study popular peptides for x amount of months in various controlled environments? i’d pitch in for sure.
